Assolutamente Out!!! Appuntamento preso da tempo per visitare un appartamento e il giorno dell'appuntamento per la visita sono io ADDIRITTURA a scrivere per chiedere conferma e la risposta del Signor Yuri è che stava giustappunto per scrivere per dire che l'appartamento è stato affittato e guarda caso aveva da poco appreso della caparra versata!!! E parliamo delle 08:30 del mattino del 06/12/2021.Inoltre non era prevista una caparra in quanto il Signor Yuri ha chiesto espressamente la richiesta di Fideiussione Bancaria e non il versamento di una caparra. A lui interessa evidendentemete la vendita di appartamenti di lusso anziché impegnarsi in affitti.Il lavoro esemplare del Signor Yuri si è visto: poteva dirlo anche a noi di bloccarlo con una caparra!! E non è lui che ha trovato l'inquilino come da lui riferitomi tramite WhatsApp, lo ha trovato direttamente il PROPRIETARIO dell'appartamento!!!!E mi ha anche chiesto di annullare la recensione negativa!!! Come dice lei nel suo lavoro esemplare di 3 gg inquilino trovato doveva avvertire ME dell'appuntamento annullato: NON IO CHE SCRIVO, PRIMA DI VENIRE VERSO SANREMO IL GIORNO DELL' APPUNTAMENTO AVVERTENDO CHE STAVAMO X PARTIRE X L'INCONTRO. Grazie ma avrei preferito delle semplici scuse anziché sentenziare in PIENO TORTO. E anche noi abbiamo trovato in poco tempo un appartamento in Bordighera!!!!Buon Lavoro

Do you want a really professional help to find your new home in Italy this is the firm you want to cover your back! We felt so secure with all the help we've recieved from Matteo Scandolera during the hole process that are a bit different and more bureacratic from Swedens. He was very fast to answer our questions even though it was many, and were very professional and also very good in the english language. We very much recommend Liguria Homes Casamare when you're looking for a property in the Ligurian Riviera!

I was only looking for small holiday flat in Sanremo and had come across a beautiful building with what I thought the ideal pied a terre. However, in the buying process all that could go wrong did go wrong. From an owner who sold a fully furnished flat, then took out anything that was movable and the agency unable to negotiate or do anything about it to failing to connect electricity for 7 days running. I am still in the dark. Literally! Matteo blames the vendor or the electricity company but is unable to right this wrong, All in all a very disappointing , rude and unprofessional service that leaves a sour taste . Not to be recommended!
