Unprofessional and shady organization. Unfortunately full of young, unprepared and inexperienced so-called teachers. Broken easels, toxic atmosphere, suicides among students, situations with harassments and overall humiliation. Nutshell

The classical and realist art students dream school. I've looked forward to attending this school for a long time and it's more than I could have hoped. Focusing on traditional training practices from the original Ateliers and workshops of the Renaissance, we study drawing, painting and sculpture with the attentive guidance from a range of dedicated instructors. The learning curve comes at breakneck speed and is not for the feint of heart. Excellent, inspiring open house lectures on Friday evenings turn the place into a sprawling mass of art students and travellers open to all kinds of meaningful conversations.

Learned a bit, but not at all what I expected. Excesively high prices for a regular training. People, besides a few, are incredibly fake. Practice by yourself thoughtfully with commitment and you will save lots of money

Quest’estate durante i workshop estivi ho frequentato la classe di Still Life con Maureen Hyde, dove ho avuto la possibilità di dipingere a olio per la prima volta. Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto dai metodi d’insegnamento e dell’atmosfera che ho respirato sia durante le lezioni che nelle pause, in cui è possibile usufruire di un bar accogliente e ben gestito. Eravamo 8 alunni, e personalmente sono stato seguito passo dopo passo nel processo tecnico e creativo del mio dipinto. E’ stato bello imparare e passare le giornate in un ambiente così creativo e pieno di artisti e penserò di tornarci sicuramente presto. Grazie FAA!

Ho partecipato ad un workshop estivo di pittura Still Life quest’anno. È stata un’esperienza molto bella e ho avuto modo di imparare la tecnica nonché di completare un dipinto nell’arco di sole 2 settimane! La struttura è grande e molto accogliente, ha perfino un bar interno!
