Engel & Volkers, e in particolare il loro rappresentante Sergio Tomasello sono stati assolutamente brillanti ... sono stati desiderosi di aiutare ... superba attenzione ai dettagli ... non si sono davvero persi nulla ... e hanno reso il nostro trasferimento in Umbria davvero senza stress e divertente.

Sono stato contattato in modo molto cortese dal Sig. Andrea Gobbini a fine Giugno 2020 ed ho ritenuto subito opportuno affidare, anche se non in esclusiva, a Engel&Wolkers la vendita di Villa Degiosa a Tavernelle, essendo in contatto da oltre un anno con altre due agenzie.Nel corso dell'estate Andrea ha portato molti visitors alla villa e finalmente a metà Ottobre è arrivato il cliente giusto.Tutte le formalità dal compromesso in poi fino alla consegna delle chiavi sono state eseguite con grande solerzia e professionalità dal Team di Engel&Wolkers , in particolare da Andrea e Sergio, per cui non posso dire altro che ho apprezzato moltissimo i loro servizi e che ringrazio per essere riusciti a vendere Villa Degiosa alle migliori condizioni-i

My husband and I are currently living in the USA. Our dream was to purchase a house in Italy, so we searched on Gate-Away and approached several Italian estate agents. It was a very frustrating and unproductive endeavor until we found Elia Antolini from Engel & Volkers in Perugia. From our very first email correspondence I knew I had found the right person to be my eyes, ears and mouth in Italy. His ability to identify with our needs and his very good command of the English language made it possible for us to communicate freely and easily. On the subject of communication, Elia has been available for us morning, noon and night, bearing in mind that our day is his night. It was not unusual for him to contact us after he’d spent a full day in the office. He’d tell us he needed a bite to eat and then he was there for us again, often late into the night. Noi siamo italiani rimpatriati dopo 22 anni negli Stati Uniti e abbiamo avuto la peggiore e più deludente esperienza con questa agenzia. Il nostro agente DD all’inizio si è dimostrato molto gentile, amichevole e professionale ma subito dopo averci convinti a comprare una delle loro proprietà si è comportato in maniera completamente diversa. La casa non era pronta per essere messa sul mercato, aveva diverse irregolarità compresa un bellissima piscina abusiva di cui noi non sapevamo nulla. Durante tutto il processo di compra/vendita lui non ci ha tenuto al corrente di quello che stava accadendo e quando finalmente dopo cinque mesi abbiamo venduto la nostra casa negli States, fatto un trasloco intercontinentale con macchine, animali e figli, e siamo rimpatriati e pronti ad entrare nella nostra casa italiana oltretutto molto costosa, abbiamo trovato molte differenze, cambiamenti strutturali e pozzi semi vuoti di cui non sapevamo nulla. Per farla ancora più brutta una delle due case della proprietà era sporca e piena di immondezza. L’agente e la sua agenzia non ci hanno tutelati per niente, anzi l’incontrario! In più ci hanno suggerito un notaio che ci ha fatto pagare tanto di più per i suoi servizi. Dopo tanti anni in America sono stata scioccata non solo dalla non professionalità ma dalla non trasparenza. Non fatevi impressionare dalla gentilezza iniziale. Infatti velocemente il nostro agente ha smesso di chiamarci, rispondere ai messaggi whatsapp e emails, volendo solo parlare telefonicamente come se non volesse avere prove scritte. Ci siamo rimasti molto male da questo comportamento e da come sono andate le cose con il nostro agente. Noi ci siamo comportati correttamente, facendo e pagando tutto velocemente. Doveva essere l’affare della nostra vita visto che tornare in Italia era un sogno desiderato da molti anni. Ora ci troviamo bene nella nostra casa ma stiamo affrontando difficoltà e spese che non avremmo dovuto passare.

We just completed the successful and seamless closing of our home in the province of Perugia, Umbria, thanks to Elia Antolini of Engel & Volkers. Elia guided us from the beginning of the house hunting process through the closing, including an intermediary process that involved many questions from first time American homeowners in Italy.
