I worked with this company both as a carrier and as a client. There have never been any problems, constant contact with the carrier, both by mail and by phone until late at night. It is also possible to track the car by GPS. Fast sending of originals and good service. Recommend. Worked on a permanent basis for a long time with Miss Adrianna as a carrier.

Worst company in Italy and EU. We have never encountered such a bad team and company in our long tradition in transport. They are frauds. Don't do bussines with them as they will send you 20 - 40 EUR invoice for little stuff that you didnt do properly while you were doing bussiness with them (Failed to provide anti-slip mats for cargo, failed to report on their portal....) Their dispo also promised a payment of 15 days, but actually is 60 days. They don't write back on any email you write to them and they dont communicate with their customers. Hands down we had worst experience working with them in transport.

Delays on payments - sometimes 11 months - they told that they didnt recived docs from transport - standard.If You send them pdf with invoice and CMR they taking only CMR and dont accept invoice - so next delay of payments.They make You pay 25 if You will not send them cmr in 7 days - its illegalSO if You can - take load from Vertex Gatt or someone else
