Late review: I bought €15 screen protector from this shop and i took their most expensive and thickest screen protector for iphone11 as they assured me that it is the best quality.. but after 7days i notice the cracks (phone didn't drop etc.)With the receipt on the 9th day i returned to their shop, I didn't ask for any money return, and i just ask them to exchange it with a new cover but they didn't agree to put a new oneTheir reason for not accepting the return: they said it's normal for tempered glass screen cover to get crack and i said not after 7days of using it!!BEWARE OF THEIR FALSE REASSURANCE!!P.S. im so careful with my phone, for last 3years i drop my phone for maybe 4x and i never had a cracked screen protector (the only reason i bought to them new screen protector is because the old cover is full of scratch)Reply to the shop owner:Exactly that's what the staff have assured me and also that's why i bought the thickest cover.. But if it's the Best Quality in Venice" why am i having the tempered glass cover cracked every after 3days in each corner of the phoneI'm only hoping for your shop to atleast respect the "exchange and return policy""
