Podere Selvatici

My partner and I stayed at Podere Selvatici in the apartment La Stalla in early May 2023. Even before our arrival, the communication with Laura was super friendly and smooth. The apartment is super large and equipped with highest quality appliances (e.g. SMEG). Podere Selvatici was originally a barn which was renovated with great care and attention to detail by Laura and her husband. The accommodation also has a very spacious garden and a great pool, everything is beautifully maintained and super clean. The fact that the accommodation is dog friendly was a big plus for us. A sweet and thoughtful detail were the bowls and dog blanket. :)Laura and her husband were exceptionally hospitable and welcoming. Laura has great recommendations for cafés and restaurants around the area. The location is also a stone's throw away from Bologna, Florence or the sea so you can easily do day trips. Overall, the accommodation and its owners made our stay very special and a great experience. We will definitely be back!

Werkelijk een perfect verblijf! De appartementen zijn schoon, ruim en een prachtige combinatie van oud en nieuw. Daarnaast zijn er voldoende mogelijkheden tot afvalscheiding en zo min mogelijk plastic gebruik. Bij aankomst staat er een flesje wijn en een welkomstpakketje voor je klaar. Het zwembad is werkelijk fantastisch en de auto kan je veilig parkeren. Laura is een goede host met goede tips voor in de omgeving en lekkere restaurants. Prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is zeer goed. Aanrader!

Siamo stati rapiti dalle attenzioni che i proprietari ci hanno fatto trovare e catturati dalla piacevolezza del posto.Che bello stare in una struttura dove le dimensioni delle stanze sono importanti, i dettagli curati (mia moglie è architetto) e non manca nulla.Bravi, bravi e ancora braviDescrivere tutto sarebbe troppo lungoCi torneremo sicuramente

Abbiamo passato una notte in questa curatissima struttura, è stata un esperienza molto positiva, bravi i proprietari che hanno avuto molta cura e gusto nella sistemazione degli appartamenti e che sanno come 'coccolare' l'ospite; per la prossima nottata ad Imola e dintorni torneremo sicuramente in questa struttura.

Abbiamo soggiornato al Podere Selvatici per ricaricare le batterie dallo stress settimanale e abbiamo trovato una struttura con solo (e molteplici) aspetti super positivi! A partire dalla posizione, strategica sia per il mare che per la città, passando per l’accoglienza; Elsa, Laura ed Andrea si sono dimostrati perfetti padroni di casa fino ad arrivare alla magnifica location. Podere immerso nel verde con una fantastica piscina. Gli interni sono magistralmente studiati per far immergere l’ospite in un contesto rustico che strizza l'occhio agli appassionati di design, arredi vintage, contemporanei e iconici creano un giusto equilibrio tra passato e presente. Se siete in cerca di energia positiva, attenzione per l’ospite e relax, Podere Selvatici è la giusta meta. Continuate cosi, un abbraccio! Zeudi e Alessandro.

Lieve Laura en familie,Jullie zijn wonderlijk, gemaakt voor een zaak open te houden!! Ongelooflijk mooi appartement, alles is voorzien, als iets ontbreekt kan je Laura of haar familie bereiken en voorzien ze jou meteen, iedereen was supervriendelijk tegen ons zoontje Kasper! Er was vanalles voorzien voor ons kleintje, ook op voorhand was het contact heel warm en gastvrij. Laura gaf ons door waar we konden gaan eten of wat te bezoeken, we werden verrast door allerlei lekkers, van cakes tot vers fruit en iced coffee, het zwembad is prachtig en proper onderhouden. De place to be. Laura en haar familie verdienen het allerbeste. :-) dankjewel!
