Finding a taxi in Bologna to take two travellers, their bikes, and their bags to the airport at 4am is no easy task. Most taxis are small cars and won’t fold the seat down to accommodate the bikes. The front desk at our hotel found Paola and solved our problem. She showed up right on time in a beautiful electric van and had no problem loading our bikes and bags and getting us to the airport on time for our flight back to Canada. Thank you Paola!
