I was recommended to use this agent becouse I wonted to change my flights.The person that change my flight was not honest regarding the prices, the fees and when I wonted to change my mind she advised that if was already booked.But it was not she needed to go to the bank and add money on to her card to be able to book my flights.I don’t like dishonest people.
