The day we had on Capri out of Sorrento with guide Maria was brilliant. Maria was informative without boring you and also gave much practical advice relevant to the not particularly cashed up visitor. Highly commended.

Terrible experience. They assured us we would be in the same van with our friend and they did not. So we went on the tours separated. Additionally made her wait for 30 minutes because they messed up the schedule. They also did not follow the itinerary shown on their website. We did not spend two hours in ravello only one. They are just scamming you for money. I will be looking into a refund.

What a wonderful day I had on my Capri tour with Maria Gross as our guide. She was so knowledgeable and was very attentive to everyone on our tour. But most of all she was fun and made it a day I won't forget. The chairlift was fantastic. Definitely would recommend her to anyone wanting to take a trip to Capri.

There is no denying it was a beautiful day and trip to Capri but we were disappointed with a few things. First, you are told to bring a bathing suit. Not knowing when the chance to swim would be, we wore ours. Big mistake. There was zero chance to swim but be we thought maybe there would be on the ride back, we were stuck in bathing suits for over 10 hours. It was very misleading. Secondly, the guides were very friendly but repeatedly recommend eating and spending money in Anacapri vs Capri bc they claimed it’s less expensive, less touristy, etc. this is not true. Our guide walked our entire group to a specific restaurant he recommended. We took his word but then had a horrible experience there. The food was incredibly overpriced, we got sat at a dirty table, and pretty sure we were given a basket of bread someone else ate off of. Finally, the minibus portion of the time on Capri was misleading as well. It was €25 per person and they want cash. Cash only was not mentioned before hand but they walk around with pouches expecting cash on the boat ride back. Basically if you have the money, do a small private boat tour and have a taxi take you places or use public transportation. After we paid for the tour, €80+ for a gross lunch, €75 for a minibus to take us between towns, this experience seemed far from worth it.

Took two tours with Tours & More this week.The first was to Capri Island, our guide, Maria was the best! She was very thorough with her explanation of all that we were seeing on our tour of the island and also very helpful in helping us get to the Blue Groto with zero hassle and gave us great advice on getting ahead of the crowd! A terrific day on Capri!Our second tour this week was to have a private car and driver/guide take us on a tour of the Amalie coast! Our guid was Josephi and he didn't disappoint! We spent 8+ hours visitingPositano, Amalfi and Ravello with numerous stops and visits along the way! Josephi knew every nook and cranny as well as grottos, beaches, restaurants, sights etc!!If you have the time and are in Sorrento don't hesitate to do this tour!!

Unfortunately we booked 2 tours with this company and with both there were issues. The Capri tour had 66 people and 1 guide(it was listed under small group tours) , a gong show to check in etc , the other the Amalfi coast mini bus tour was cancelled by the company and they did not refund the tour as promised and they actually were dishonest and said they did . When asked for a receipt nothing now the credit card company will deal with them. I would never use this company again. So disappointed

Probably the worst experience I can remember regarding a company’s lack of interest and unprofessionalism.We were told to meet at a specific pick up place to get a shuttle bus to our port at 8.10.We were then told once the shuttle arrived that we were on the next bus coming through.15 minutes later no bus.After talking with the rep from the company, we were told to wait and she would call us back to fix the problem.Another 6 min later and no phone call back.My partner then decided to call them back and after getting through, went ballistic at them so that begrudgingly they offered to pay for a taxi to get us to the destination on time.No interest or empathy whatsoever.Give them a big miss!!!

We booked a boat tour to Capri, which included a private yacht tour there, around the island, and back.On the way back, the ship went into port, and made everyone leave the boat and board a public hydrofoil on the way back, effectively eliminating a third of the tour we paid for. We went to the office to get some form of partial refund (or even an apology!) and were met with rude customer service and refusal to refund us for the third of the tour that was not completed.

Mi considero una persona fortunata, perché nella vita mi è capitato a volte di incontrare persone straordinarie che mi hanno preso per mano e mi hanno mostrato angoli di mondo e di vita fragili, preziosi, irripetibili, che mi hanno insegnato qualcosa di cui nemmeno sospettavo il fascino e la bellezza. Grazie anche a te Maria Grosso per questa giornata a Capri che mi aspettavo bella e che si è rilevata stupenda. Sei il massimo.
