I was really impressed with this place - clearly it’s a smaller shop and caters more to avid cyclists. Prices were very competitive and the road bike I got for the sella rondo was outstanding (the chain was maybe a little dirty, but still shifted beautifully). Before renting I checked a number of places and this was by far the best bike for the cost.

This place is the pits. The owner does not have a clue about the concept of customer service. At the time we were there, they had five regular bikes and only one in size XL which I needed. Not fun when I showed up with my friend who also requires a bike in that size. Our tour started at 9 pm in the morning (not arranged by them) and the owner said they could meet us at 1 pm because they were busy elsewhere. Story after story like that and no need to go into further details, but they certainly deserve my only one-star rating so far. Keep in mind that my review is based on renting regular mountain bikes from these guys, not e-bikes. They have a greater selection of e-bikes.
