Prenotato l'auto attraverso il sito web senza problemi, non é stata la mia prima esperienza di noleggio con Europcar. Tutto bene, servizio celere e auto fornita nuova di zecca, sono stato il primo ad utilizzarla. Prezzi in linea con la concorrenza. Disposizione logistica dell'ufficio non proprio ottimale per assenza di segnaletica, ma si trova. Su una recensione ho letto che un utente ha lamentato un addebito oltre il pattuito, almeno per me si é trattato di un impegno di prelievo sulla carta di credito che copre una franchigia che all'effettivo addebito post riconsegna non mi hanno addebitato. Personale cortese. Esperienza positiva.

Very rude agent denied us a car same day we have dropped one off from the same company ( in another town ) after two weeks rental. The agent told us that they need International" driver license to rent to Americans. We told her that we already rented three cars from them and she denied it. She said that everybody else was wrong ... she told us sarcastically "Good Luck!".Not cool at all . Watch out !"

We are young couple, we rented a car for 6 days , we made reasonable use of the vehicle and we drove the car very carefully.When we come back from the vecation we were surprised to find out that Europecar Venice airport company charged our credit card for 206$ With excuse ofextra cleaningIt’s a fraud be careful do not take a car from this company.*Attached are photos of the vehicle upon return.*after we send an email to europcar we get a full refound of the money was taken.

For our Italian roadtrip of our dreams, we asked for a Fiat500 and I was quite worried that we would get something else. We got exactly what we wanted. And a Hybrid at that. What a lovely car. And what a lovely experience at pick up and drop off (in Rome). The people were helpful, professional, and efficient. We were in and out in no time at all. Also, I changed dates twice, and the online service was amazing. Would highly recommend!

This is my experience with returning the car only >> The return location of Europcar rentals is at Parking 1 (P1) floor 3 (the rooftop floor). There are clear directions from the time one enters the P1 building until arrival at the 3rd floor.Upon arrival, there is a dedicated place for car drop-offs, and is next to the Europcar booth. There are staff there. Make sure you have one of them come over to check your entire car. Upon completion of the check, you digitally sign-off the car drop-off, and you receive an email with a report in PDF. Make sure it satisfies the condition the car is in.The return process lasts minutes (if no many drop-offs at the time of yours).Make sure you fill your car with gas before dropping it off. There is a gas station 1 KM away from the P1 parking lot (Tumoil).If lucky, you will find trolleys here to put your luggage on. You then head to the airport entrance (there are signs) and go down to the second floor. At the second floor, you walk for 6-8 minutes before entering the departure terminal.I asked about car traffic tickets (fines). I was told that Europcar is not authorized to deduct costs of car tickets. The Italian authorities contact Europcar, and Europcar share your contact details with them. The authorities then contact you directly to pay your fines. This is a process that takes months.

On April 8, 2023, a woman working at Europcar was extremely helpful and had the best customer service to assist my mother, daughter and me. I would like Europcar to recognize this staff as a highly respectful and esteemed staff who works at this agency. She went the extra mile to help us out after a terrible experience with another car rental agency who gave us a difficult experience. Would like to say thank you to this woman for her extreme efforts to immediately assist my family and hope she is recognized for her hard work and amazing customer service.

I had a very pleasant experience with this company despite being nervous because of the bad reviews. My car was held even though my flight was delayed for 4 hours. I could not reach them by phone which was stressful so I was relieved it was still available per their policy. Newish vehicle, no damage. Did not pressure me to add more insurance. Car was great in the mountains and good on gas. Staff friendly and efficient. English spoken (docs in Italian) Good price comparatively for an automatic. No surprise charges one week later.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. They add scammy fueling surcharges even on cars that are returned completely full. You can not trust the on site service reps, as they checked the fuel level on return and agreed it was full, but still they send an extra invoice for refueling the car?! The online customer service is both slow and incompetent to solve any issues. I would avoid renting from Europcar completely.

I am really disappointed because was convinced to upgrade to an Audi but was not told this car didn’t have CarPlay installed. I don’t call a car luxury if it doesn’t have car play and the navigation system was a nightmare. My hope would that more people would ask for car play or android auto to be a default feature and to be made aware by the salespeople of the features of your vehicle.
