La Controra Hostel Naples

Had a really good time there. The people working there are really kind and helpful. They gave us a map and advice where to find the best food. There is breakfast in the morning which is alright and does the job.Overall I would recommend it to people who travel and want to meet other guests. But it's also possible to stay on your own.

Best hostel I've been to on my European trip. A good clean room with a powerful shower, spacious common areas, quiet at night, a great meal deal if you're hungry, and a good breakfast too. Everyone was very friendly. No hesitations recommending it.

Siamo stati in inverno, è uscire fuori per raggiungere l'area relax era disagevole soprattutto con la pioggia. Aria comune sempre stracolma di gente in ogni momento della giornata, mobilio sporchissimo e vecchio, aria sempre pesante e impregnata di odori di cucina sgradevoli. Bar sempre chiuso! per un caffè dovevi uscire in strada e a colazione era gestito da una ragazza che non sapeva far nulla, neanche un espresso. Le camere venivano sistemate alla buona" da 3- 4 ragazzi tra urla risate e schiamazzi.Parcheggio terribile.Non ci ritorneremo."

My first time staying at hostel in general, three nights, amazing staff - very kind and helpful, several bathrooms, great location, safe, (do not worry about not being able to sleep in room with multiple people, you will be exhausted from walking around Napoli and fall asleep within seconds :D)

When I first found the place in the evening, I was kinda sketched out because of the building location. It’s kinda hidden next to the building I posted below. However, this place did not disappoint. The hostel was super nice, very clean, amazing staff, Lupe and Chris did a very good job at making me feel comfortable and welcoming. The rooms were super nice and clean. Beds are a little squeaky, but if that’s the worst thing, haha. I’d definitely stay again. The only thing I will say is the elevation of the hostel is quite high so walking back up the hill after a long day exploring and maybe a few drinks did kinda stink. But again, that’s part of the experience.

Super nice stay. A peaceful, pleasant and clean place, that is what you wanna find when you get home after all day sight seeing. Congrats guys!✨

The stuff is really friendly and the bathrooms where always very clean. You have a really nice garden and cool common room to hang out.Just for the breakfast and dinner Situation you can get way better and not more expensive food just everywhere around the corner.
