Great experience overall. I removed one star because I wanted to extend the reservation by 30 minutes, but couldn't do it on the app. Although the location said 24hrs open, but online status showed as closed.

Booking online was clunky and needed assistance but the Como, Italy storage facility (next to the Carrefour supermarket) was excellent. Very helpful people who printed boarding passes for us. Make sure you have your PIN code with you!

Easy to store your luggage here but confusing to find as there are no signs. It's actually in a cafe so u have to ring the bell to go in and leave it at the counter. Cost 5€ per luggage.
