Imperiale Palace Hotel

A must stay. This is a very special and beautiful place. The staff are friendly and helpful. Staying at the Imperial Palace is an experience. Be sure to take advantage of the pool. It is very quiet and the walk down is stunning. Also, there is a funny duck that hangs out and greets the guests. Be sure to get a room with a view of the water and enjoy!

The views of the harbor from the room are incredible. The room was a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and also had great views. The best part of the hotel is the sea access - you walked down beautifully maintained gardens to a private beach area with clear blue water. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Its classy, but an old hotel and you can feel it. Some OF the places definetely need renovation, like pool area. In my opinion too expensive For What we get. Room was beautiful though.

There are pros and cons to the stay and I hope you find this helpful when choosing your hotel.I will start with the pros:-Beautiful property-Enjoyable breakfast-Lovely pool and beach club-Very kind gentleman by the front desk in the evenings-Breathtaking views with music during sunsetCons:-Every staff member has an attitude, the endless eye rolls I watched to guests upon check-in was shocking-Only one towel allowed by the beach club (I wanted a second to lay my head but was refused)-Junior suite ground floor faces parking lot with cars-Windows face the main road and it gets loud, possibly because of the ground floor-Paid ahead with credit card however received a bill at checkout for full amount. Upon questioning, the staff raised her voice and asked for proof. Once proof was provided she further investigated and said it was someone else’s bill (interestingly enough my home address was on the bill, she could have just apologized and said it was her mistake)Make your own judgment, I care about service and hospitality wherever I stay and although this is a five star hotel for it’s grounds and amenities, I experienced significantly better service and warmer smiles at other five star properties nearby.

Siamo stati due giorni e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Personale gentilissimo, posizione fantastica. Abbiamo apprezzato in particolare il servizio, la qualità del ristorante e la spiaggia privata dell'hotel. L'hotel è in una posizione bellissima con ampie vedute sulla baia e santa Margherita. Colazione ottima e varia, ristorante davvero di ottimo livello. La spiaggia privata è stupenda con anche accesso proprio al mare. È presente anche una piscina e palestra che non abbiamo usato.La camera per quanto bella internamente aveva vista su ferrovia (che a volte si sente) e motori dell'aria condizionata. Da migliorare anche i servizi per chi fa bici, in particolare il locale per riporle. L'hotel potrebbe attrarre molti ciclisti in bassa stagione se si attrezzasse meglio.

Top view, helpfull staff, 5 min by foot to city center and … really, top view for breakfast, dinner and even on the private beach you can see the whole city.

La struttura è bella anche se non all'altezza!Camera non eccessivamente curata(polistirolo a coprire alcuni fori muro), vetri non isolanti: fino a tarda sera si sente tutto e il traffico mattutino è insopportabile. Il personale, anche se siamo in Italia e noi italiani, si rivolge a noi sempre in inglese, per colazione i camerieri riservano tavoli e trattamenti particolari per alcuni clienti, a noi fanno persino spostare coi piatti in mano perché ci eravamo seduti in un tavolo riservato(gli avventori sono arrivati solo dopo un'ora). Nonostante sia un break dopo il nostro matrimonio(specificato nella prenotazione), a differenza di tutti gli altri hotel dove siamo stati, non ci viene fatto un augurio, un biglietto di benvenuto, nessuna considerazione per la cosa.Per concludere, dopo un conto da diverse migliaia di euro tornato da una passeggiata ,prendo un te e non mi viene offerto, la carta non funziona e devo girare per mezzo hotel per pagare il te, diciamo non grande ospitalità... sconsigliato.

Hotel storico .. marmo a profusione .. personale top gentilissimo molto pulito .. posizione top parcheggio e servizi ottimi unica cosa da migliorare a mio parere la cucina pur buona non a livello di un 5 stelle pretenzioso .. comunque lo consiglio

Exceptional! Pictures don’t do it justice at all. The grounds are stunning, almost regal. Staff go above and beyond to provide a world class experience. We were devastated to leave. Pure elegance!
