ZARA

Acquisto negli store Zara ormai da anni. Ultimamente però sono costretta a comprare sempre più spesso on line. La maggior parte dei capi è composta solo da taglie XS e S. Ci sono sempre file interminabili alle casse e ci sono 4 piani solo reparto donna. Un centro città come Firenze dovrebbe avere anche uomo. Nelle altre città gli store Zara sono mille volte meglio. Peccato

Waited in line for 10 minutes only to be told to go to the other change rooms as they were closing soon. We went downstairs and the lady wouldn’t let us in the change rooms as they were closing in 5 minutes. When we left she let the two Italian speaking girls behind us into the change rooms. Not very friendly staff towards tourists. Clothes were also stained with makeup and black marks.Won’t return here.

The overall store was good and was semi organized but staff at register were terrible. My family and I each had an item we wanted to purchase and were deciding what form of payment to use while checking out. After a few seconds of talking, the lady at the desk became impatient and told us to move aside as she had to take another customer in a very rude and brisk manner. There was one person in line behind us. As we continued to check out she gave us very ugly looks, scoffed, and smirked at us. I have never experienced customer service this terrible. I work in retail as well and would never have this attitude with anyone. She spoke rapidly in Italian to the person working next to her and kept looking at us so it was very obvious she was talking bad about us. She had a horrible attitude and left all of my family with a negative experience. I am not sure if she was discriminating against us because we were Mexican and spoke Spanish but it was terrible. Please do better when hiring Zara. The cashier that we had was working on the 3rd floor at 4pm on the register on the right. She had curly hair that was black at the top and light brown/blonde at the bottom and was tan.

Il dipendente (credo) Francesco, un giovane ragazzo con occhiali e stato maleducato, ha risposto con mancanza di rispeto, stava facendo tutt'altro che il suo lavoro. Si puo vedere anche su le camere di sorveglianza.

Checkout lady was not friendly at all and have arrived in Positano and gone to wear one of the items that I purchased from Zara Florence to realise that the lady did not take the security tag off! Not happy. It did not beep as I walked out the store either!

Se volete lavorare qui mi raccomando nel CV specificate l'attitudine ad avere un muso lungo e una spiccata antipatia verso il genere umano, ora, io dico, l'avrai scelto tu di fare la commessa o ti hanno costretto alle elementari?Parliamo poi della loro politica circolare..... è un impresa trovare 3 capi realizzati nello stesso continente, si spazia tra l'Egitto, la Turchia, il Myanmar....insomma terzo mondo a go go

Ahahaha commesso alla cassa pare gay decisamente nervoso .. discorsi sull'impatto all'ambiente per la troppa carta a giro.. Non interessa a nessuno si fidi ci lavoro anch'io al pubblico . Arroganza pura che crede che io sia straniera e non lo sappia , le consiglio vivamente di chiudere la bocca e continuare a lavorare se non vuole essere pestato . Alla prossima se la becco da zara la faccio licenziare si fidi di questo . Giá che c'è vada a pulire le strade del centro pieno di cartacce a giro magari volontariamente .

Hanno tolto il reparto uomo,al momento è solo donna, no bambini. Questo negozio è sempre molto affollato a qualunque ora si vada, file sempre molto lunghe alle casse e questo mi scoraggia nell'acquistare. Fa sempre troppo caldo anche
