Fraud and Scam. They should be banned in Italy. I am shocked on how they are allowed to run business here. The rates on the screen are different and then they charge 9.9 + 20% service charges which is displayed on a very small piece of paper on their window. I got 125 euros for $200. The guy then refused to cancel the exchange and said by policy you cant reverse it. Thieves and Frauss openly and sadly operating in Italy. My 1st bad experience with Italians. Shame on these guys for doing this to the country.

Definite ripoff! No matter how I worked the math, based on their advertised rates it did t work out. $62 US became $43 Euro. The teller was quick to offer a refund rather than explain what happened. Stay away!

We didn’t go to get change there but instead for the Global Blue tax refund. It was efficient and the lady was very nice. You still need to take your items to the Global Blue at the airport for a customs stamp.

They overcharged on exchange rate. First i was charged $160 usd for $100 eur. 2 minutes later a different person at the counter wanted to charge $162 usd for $100eur. At the Marco Polo aerport. Theives. Stay away use ATM if you can or exchange money before you leave home

Do not , please do not transact with this company. I exchanged 100 GBP for Euro and the lady gave me just 75 euros and when I tell her that I dont agree, she simply ignored it and said that's how it is in Italy. I showed her the rates on Google which was showing 112 euro to 100 GBp but even then she did not listen to me. I then enquired at a different kiosk of this same company and here I was offered euro 92 .So you see guys this company has no regulations and principles. They are just waiting to RIP you off. They over charged me 25 euro . I have the bill and will send it to the Italy consulate in my country and will post the response also.Please stay away , this is fraud happening in day lightNever experienced it in any country in Europe

Thieves ! Stay away .. I changed today and they charged me 15% fees plus some additional fees where I ended up paying $50 in service fees to exchange $200 … total scam !!!!!!

Be careful, they charge 20% fee and don’t warn you about this “little unpleasant moment”. It better not to use all these exchanges.

I feel sorry for the people working in this place they get curse from all these tourist been fraud by company. Maybe they know what they are doing as no honest person can do what they do… Cheat people on face and worst of all what kind of image they are leaving of a country a board day light robbery…. My first experience is of money exchange and the women behind counter saw my dollars and suggest I transfer all and she will give me special rate without tell the hidden 20% commission… well it’s only money but guess what the country image got trashed in less then a minute.. Good luck hopefully you will find peace.

Beware... absolutely avoid the scam. Will charge you over 40% exchange fees. You have been warned.

20% fee +€9.9 exchange fee! They took around €60 In fees on €280 exchange. They don’t inform You before they handle you the money and When you refuse to take it and ask for cancellarion of the transaction they refuse. Thieves!!!
