Baccerini

We bought earrings for my sister's birthday on our trip to Portofino. Paid 50€ for them, but on the next week, they broke ( one of them fell apart). Totally not worth it, may be pretty on the outside but the quality is bellow average.

I was on a day trip to Portafino from Viareggio, I bought a Murano glass watch with a pink strap, which when I arrived back at my hotel wasn't working. My tour Rep found the phone number for Baccerini etc & called them, they said it was probably the battery! anyway they were happy to replace it the following Friday when my rep returned to Portafino, but the weather was too bad for her to be able to go.I am now back home in the UK & I took the watch into my local jeweller who said that the battery was still good BUT the hands were not travelling correctly!! I am now very cross about it.I will be writing to them with my complaint, be very careful of buying something like this when abroad on holiday as it is so difficult to put right after you return back home.Jan
