I have been charged 325.92 euros for a tire replacement that I did not make! I am attaching photos from the car pickup, which clearly show that the car already had a different tire installed. For 4 days, my family and I drove the car with a different tire than the others, which posed a threat to our safety, and in the end, I was charged for a replacement that I did not make from my deposit... The company did not acknowledge my claim.

All services exactly as described! Very happy with the car and the service at the check-in desk and car return was fantastic. Don’t forget your International Driver’s License if from out of country!!!

The worst car hire experience we have ever encountered. After getting our flight to Naples, being delayed for hours and exhausted, we finally made it to the car hire stand. We waited in the queue for about 45 minutes before being warmly greeted by the rudest bluntest staff member. We were told that we could not hire the car because neither of us owned a credit card. We asked what are we supposed to do and she just shrugged her shoulders. Then she told us it is possible to pay with debit card but there will be a daily charge we will also have to pay on top of the car hire cost. Then the other hidden charges came out, so we ended up spending a lot more that what was initially booked. Finally, after all this hassle and rudeness, we got the car. Over 8 months later, I still receive emails from Sicily By Car, informing me of tolls I have to pay which I was not charged. Firstly, how do you get through a toll barrier without paying? We paid all of the tolls. Today I am charged £50. The costs of hiring with this company never end, PLEASE STOP CHASING ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We have hired all over the world, generally very easy and pleasant experience, not with Sicily by car. Pay extra and hire from someone else.

Noleggio affidabile, serio, e professionale. Abbiamo avuto un problema con una gomma e l’operazione di soccorso, cambio gomma e pratica di restituzione. Il tutto si è svolto nei tempi e modi secondo le indicazioni avute. Indicazioni chiare e professionali che ci hanno fatto risparmiare tempo e tutte le operazioni si sono svolte in maniera veloce. Anche gli operatori che ci hanno dato assistenza telefonica sono stati molto disponibili e chiari. Fortunatamente avevamo l’assicurazione supplementare totale e abbiamo viaggiato in tutta tranquillità. Consigliabile come autonoleggio e ancor di più l’assicurazione totale con Sicily by Car.

Had some misunderstanding with picking up the car ( refuse to acept debit card ) , but we have fix everything in couple minutes ;) . Fast and profesional car returning proces . Deposit was given back in 2hours ( in credit card ) . Recomend this company !

We survived the Amalfi Coast and did not add any dents or scratches to the car. The staff was friendly and the location was convenient to the airport. We had a great experience.

I booked a car from another dealer (B‐rent) but they refused to give us the car as they said Canadian Driving license is not enough and they ruined our vacation plan. Then we went to Sicily by Car rental and they humbly gave us a car (Fiat Tipo) for the price of a smaller car however they could overcharge us since we were in a measurable situation but they did not and also gave us discount. The return process was very fast and easy and because we bought full insurance we had peace of mind that we would not hit by extra charges. I appreciate Sicily, they saved our vacation planning.

The most rude and ignorant attendants work in this place. Avoid it, it's not worth the fairly reasonable price you pay for the rental. In the end we weren't even able to get the car we had reserved and there were no cars available in other companies so had to get a taxi late night which costed us 150 euro

Gentilissimi, ognio qualvolta ho bisogno di un auto a noleggio, non posso non fare riferimento alla SICILY BY CAR di Capodichino a Napoli. Sono sempre stato trattato con i guanti e con ottima sicurezza, qualità e disponibilità. Li consiglio vivamente

Complimenti serietà. Auto nuova e velocità sia alla consegna che alla riconsegna. Per non parlare delle tariffe. Davvero vantaggiose.
