A beautiful place to live the best Chianti experience. A house from 1100 aC with amazing views and the best hosts. Monica and Gianluca are the sweetest and they are also the most increible cookers ever. The food that you can have there is so tasteful and traditional, you can even get vegetarian and vegan options!!! I can’t explain how wonderful it was.

Cooking class with Gian Luca was amazing! Highly recommend it. He taught me many things I didn’t know and was so organized and friendly…best class I have ever taken. Not only did we make some amazing focaccia, but I learned some new knife skills, about different types of flour and how to “see” when the dough is ready. Also had a wonderful bottle of wine from nearby Podere Bucine. He also has a beautiful Airbnb unit that overlooks the Montefioralle Winery and historic Montefioralle village…perfect place to relax and enjoy great food and wine. Will definitely be back!!
