Rude unhelpful staff

Leggende metropolitane dicono che gli impiegati esistono. Ma nessuno ha mai avuto il piacere di avere una risposta telefonica.

They were not too helpful. They didn't know where shuttle buses starts if we bought our Wizz Air ticket together with shuttle bus ticket. In Catania there are 2 bus stations , one at the left side of the airport( which we found out after 20 minutes of asking all around ,even tourist info. The buses from there Alibus are the shuttle buses and goes to Catania city centre)The other buses on the right side ( which goes to different localities from Catania airport).I am wondering why hire someone at tourist info, if he doesn't know what is in his neighbourhood of 300-400 meters.
