troppo tempo per fare un semplice biglietto: bisogna prima fare una lunghissima fila all'esterno poi una volta entrati un addetto ti stampa un codice alfanumerico che rappresenta la tua posizione nella fila. Dopo molta attesa nella sala shopping finalmente compare l codice del turno turno sul display e puoi fare i biglietti. Non lo sanno i gentilissimi organizzatori che d'estate ce un enorme quantitativo di persone che vuole visitare il duomo e che non è possibile lasciare solo 3 signorine alla biglietteria

organizzazione e gestione pessima. comprate i biglietti online per una determinata fascia oraria per accedere al duomo, e vi tocca fare una coda che parte da dietro il monumento di vittorio emanuele II… incredibile veramente e vergognoso

Der Dom Shop ist nicht zu empfehlen. Wir wollten am Tag nach der Besichtigung noch etwas kaufen. Allerdings war niemand zum kassieren im Shop. Wir hätten uns dann auch in die Ticketschlange stellen sollen und eine Nummer ziehen, nur um Souvenirs zu kaufen. Schlechte Organisation und alles sehr langsam und kompliziert gestaltet.Man bekommt auch nicht gesagt was im Dom aktuell geöffnet ist und was gerade restauriert wird. Z. B konnten wir nicht in die Crypta, obwohl wir dafür bezahlt haben. Richtige abzocke.Man beachte auch die diskriminierende Kleiderordnung. Als Frau darf man keine Knie zeigen, viele Männer, die eine kurze Hosen getragen haben und die Knie sichtbar waren durften rein ohne diese zu bedecken. Personale indisposto e sgraziato verso il servizio della clientela. Se la cassa non è presidiata, il personale non può gestire il banco. Pessimo servizio considerando che rappresentano il duomo di Milano.

Una stella perché di meno non si può. Bellissima iniziativa il panettone con i due biglietti omaggio, peccato il trattamento che ti regalano direttamente in negozio. Personale molto demotivato più specificamente una ragazza in cassa, fortunata ad avere un posto di lavoro che non merita. Ha risposto malissimo tutto il tempo giusto alle poche domande per sapere del mio ordine, neanche la voglia di lavorare il minimo, io scioccata. Per il posto “spirituale” e serio che significa il duomo credo sia una beffa a tutto ciò che tendono a rappresentare, lo rendono un lucro, proprio un peccato .
