Villa Casafredda Agriturismo

Our stay at Casafredda was perfect. Sergio and Michaela are super hosts and wonderful!We stayed in the apartment at the ground level with a well equipped kitchen. Everything was super clean, also the big pool in the garden. At the pool are enough sunloungers and sunshades.The location is also very good! Close enough to Arezzo to get some aperitivo, but already on the countryside to enjoy the silence and the olive trees!

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Fredda! Michela and Sergio are the perfect hosts, they are very kind and speak fluently English. The pool is really nice and the kitchen has everything you need to feed a ton of friends and family. The rooms are nice with very comfortable beds. We are looking forward to our next stay at Casa Fredda!

Casafredda is a beautiful villa in Tuscany very near to the city of Arezzo. The location has everything for an amazing week of fun with family or friends. Michaela & Sergio are very kind owners of the house and speak fluently English. Awesome swimming pool and all day long peacefull enjoying the beauty of the Tuscany nature. Struttura stupenda immersa nel verde curata nei minimi particolari. L'ambiente è accogliente e ti senti 'a casa'... Abbiamo trascorso il nostro capodanno degustando la cucina tipica sapientemente preparata dai proprietari che sono il valore aggiunto della casa... Presenti gentili professionali e sempre disponibili a soddisfare le nostre esigenze... Tutto questo resta nel cuore... Torneremo sicuramente

I had an amazing time at Casafredda! Sergio and Michela are such nice hosts, the property is absolutely beautiful, clean and well-maintained. They provided a delicious breakfast, and gave us plenty of information on visiting towns in the area, and Florence! I highly recommend Casafredda and I hope to go back soon! We had an amazing time at villa casafredda. First of all, the accomodation has a beautiful well-maintained garden area. This includes a clean, refreshing pool and a great relax area! Also the rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. But even better then the accomodation itself were the hosts. Michela and Sergio did a great job in giving is us a wonderful vacation. Every day we got a breakfast that includes more local and fresh products than we could eat. They were always interested in our plans for the day and gave some tips and advice accordingly. And 2 times they prepared us a delicious three course dinner. We would definitely not hesitate to come back to villa Casafredda and recommend it to anywhone!

What an amazing and charming villa located in beautiful surroundings, the villa is well kept and the pool is an excellent feature giving hours of fun for both adults and children.Sergio and michaela are the gold standard of hosts and nothing was too big or small if help was needed.We had two dining options provided with a bbq for all and then a fine dining for just the adults, on both occasions the food and service was outstanding.Many thanks to Sergio and michaela and we will definitely recommend friends and family to stay and have a feeling we will meet again.

Casafredda is a very special place. You can expect to be well taken care of, while steeping in a traditional tuscan paradise. Arezzo is a great launch point to explore surrounding towns and regions. The old town has tons of charm and the best gelato! Sergio and Michela (your hosts) truly know how to create a magical experience. Incredible couple and BnB.
