Less than 0 star awful and terrible woman working there, i finally found the perfume i was looking for and when i touched the glass that spoke test the attendant yelled from the cashier not to touch anything, making me embarrass myself in front of the other people in the store. Such a person should never work with the public, totally ignorant. If the store goes down, it's 100% the fault of the terrible salespeople. I went back to the ship and talked to my friends and found I wasn't the only one.

Horrible, horrible salesman and customer service. We had spent over €350 euro at the store the previous day and went in for another look just in case we saw another perfume we liked. The minute we walked in, the old salesman said, ‘what do you want?’. It was like we had bothered him and he could not be bothered. We couldn’t believe it. We just walked out. Absolutely shocking and should not be allowed to work with people. Will not give them another cent of our money.

A fuir!Avec une amie, nous y sommes entrés afin de sentir un parfum qu'on trouve très rarement en boutique Sephora en France.Le vendeur assez âgé nous a dit que la boutique était fermée et qu'il fallait revenir demain. Il était 19h et j'ai regardé les horaires de la boutique en repartant, la boutique fermait à 21h.En sortant, j'ai observé ce vendeur qui nous dévisageait. Est-ce parce que nous sommes noires? Sûrement! En attendant, je ne recommande pas cette parfumerie de Sorrento.

sono uscita poco fa dal negozio, da precisare che ci sono andata anche ieri sera e il personale dopo avermi lasciato un pò guardare mi ha detto “siamo in chiusura” praticamente cacciandomi, evidentemente non si pongono problemi nel perdere guadagno…oggi sono ritornata e ho trovato una ragazza diversa come personale e ne ero quasi tranquillizzata, avendo il negozio due entrate, mi sono trovata a entrare dal “retro” e ho iniziato a guardare senza ricevere neanche un “buongiorno” dalla ragazza, fin quando non é venuta da me per dirmi di non toccare nulla…durante tutto il tempi passato nel negozio con l’intenzione di comprare non mi é nemmeno stato chiesto se volevo una mano o avessi bisogno di qualcosa, mentre a un’altra cliente che era palese conoscesse personalmente la commessa, sono state ricolte tutte le attenzioni, ora capisco che la ragazza era una e non era facile dividersi, ma le occhiatacce che mi arrivavano mi hanno fatto capire che forse non ero stata ignorata per mancanza di altro personale, entrambe le esperienze imbarazzanti.

Una profumeria seria ,dove si è sicuri di acquistare prodotti originali ,e non è poco.Alta gamma di prodotti e personale gentile
