Esperienza pessima. Abbiamo chiesto servizio per l’aeroporto di Bergamo. Oltre ad aver smarrito la nostra prenotazione, via mail, ci hanno inviato un mezzo con quasi un’ora di ritardo, abbiamo rischiato di perdere l’aereo preso solo perché non avevamo bagagli.

Servizio eccellente. Puntualità, precisione e gentilezza sono i loro punti forti! Utilizzo spesso il loro servizio in Italia e in Francia per lavoro e la mia azienda ha deciso di selezionare Limolane come unico provider! Consigliatissimo!

They cancelled our transfer the day we needed it. They said they’ll return the amount paid, they did not and now they’re not answering. Not trustworthy.

Friendly drivers, clean cars, but expensive. They are not able to send an invoice via mail to me as promised. Emails are not answered.So I cannot recommend this company.Edited: reduced rating to 1 star, as they are still not answering my mails. This is extremely bad customer service.Edited 17th July: According to the below answer from Limolane I sent them again (now for the 4th time) all necessary information for the missing invoice. I am now waiting for 7 weeks.Edited 24th of July: FInally I got the invoice from Limolane. I increase my rating to two stars.

They cancelled a service that was initially confirmed in app and with 2 e-mails received from them. The reason: they DO NOT MAKE the type of service I asked for, even though it was confirmed, since I asked for a driver after a concert. Now I am trying to get the money back, but they are not answering anymore...
