Hotel is ok. We didnt expect much. It had air conditioner like it was written but we were lucky that it was not so hot outside because location of air-conditioner in our room was not comfortable. There were no possibility to make it work without blowing directly to someone from our family. So we slept with open window))Room has hotel small fridge and we used it BUT make sure you leave the door of the wardrobe open because its too not for fridge.Hair dryer was good and soup and shampoos were there like it was promised)Staff is very friendly.We ordered shuttle to the airport onna way back and it was early in the morning and it was on time.But in general it was good choice price-location.Downstairs there is one cafe Central bar if i am not mistaken. They have great croissants and cheap coffee.

To everyone considering to stay at this place, I can urge you to NOT book a room here!!! This hotel is the most disgusting place that I have ever stayed at! Whatever is displayed in the pictures does absolutely not represent reality. In my case, there was a very peculiar stench in my room (it smelt like rotting rats), the bathroom was filthy (human excrements under the toilet seat, the toilet seat was not fixed to the toilet bowl, the bidet was rusty, there was alot of grout in the shower, and overall dirty. Additionally, the level of noise outside the room, whether coming from the street or the hallway, does not invite for a peaceful night's sleep. If you want a room that's worth your hard-earned money, I ask you to find a much more suited hotel!

If EasyJet sends you here as part of compensation package due to flight cancellation, please tell them you don't want to go here. Old Italian Hotel abandoned, now run by foreigners. Sorry to say but clearly not up to Italian standards. I had the misfortune of having to spend a night here as part of EasyJet compensation after my flight got cancelled. Clearly selected for the cheap rate and nothing else, the hotel didn't have air circulation in the room, I had to leave the window open all night and felt like I was right by the motorway so I could not sleep. There were about 30 degrees in that tiny space. Dust everywhere. No water, no breakfast, no dinner. It has been an absolute nightmare. The place looks abandoned and it is not comfortable to be able to sleep and feel safe. Absolutely not recommended.

I stayed there for one night. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was good. It is basic accommodation, and I didn't expect too much. I recommend this hotel for one night.

Great folks!! Old world charm with modern amenities! Was able to plug in my 110 phone cord in the room (can't do that in the larger hotels)!!! Everything you need is within walking distance, even if you have a bad leg. Best pizza restaurant, amazing Gelato shop, and even a laundromat are very convenient!Hope to come back soon!

NEVER NEVER NEVER stay here it is disgusting. The advertisement photos are obviously from another hotel. NO DINING OR BAR AREA as it shows..now being used for storage. Room was DIRTY with a FOUL SMELLING BATHROOM and the view turned out to be a brick wall outside a FILTHY window. We were charged an extra €20 because we were early. SCAM at its highest. Short discussion between ourselves we stayed just 15 mins, was denied even a partial refund and left.

Stanze piccole ma pulite, asciugamani e coperte altrettanto puliti. Considerando il prezzo medio nella zona non posso che ritenermi soddisfatto. La zona è silenziosa e facile da raggiungere con i mezzi.Possibilità di accedere al WiFi.

Wish zero stars were an option. The rooms are tiny and not well maintained. Our bathroom light took good 30 seconds to turn on and it flickered for about 15 more. The power cut out at 1:30, turning off the air and a cpap. Phone rang nowhere, so after a cell phone call we got someone to come. The restored the power, but now the emergency light about the bed would not turn off. Al in all it took almost an hour to resolve. The fix was to duct tape over the light.The staff was unapologetic, rude and talking loudly the entire time. The air conditioning only goes down to 24C (78F), but in reality it never went below 27C. They cut off air at 8am. (it is only available starting 4 pm). When I said it was hot and stuffy in the room, they suggested I open the window that looks out into a busy intersection. The beds were uncomfortable. The bedding weird and gross. We got bitten by something all over. We barely got any sleep at all that night and checked out the next morning. I recommend to avoid at all costs.

3 stars for the hotel because it looks much more modern in the pictures. The hotel is located 20 minutes by bus from Venice and is very well connected as the bus stops are only 5 minutes away. The room was spacious, unfortunately only one socket in the room was working, the bathroom was okay. The staff was very friendly and we even got a crib for the baby.Unfortunately, during our stay, the staff did not provide any cleaning services for the apartment. A big mistake is the internet, which is very unstable and poor.PS: In Venice, do not rely on navigation as it will often lead you to dead-end streets and canals without bridges.

Abbiamo avuto ospiti francesi che hanno avuto una pessima esperienza. Asciugamani sporchi, non cambiati, no colazione, camera nel sotto tetto senza finestre, nonostante ci avessero mostrato un altra camera dove avrebbero dovuto soggiornare.Sconsigliato
