Never been to such a bad tourist centre ! Quite unbelievable !One person was drawing à cartoon, the other on her phone and they hardly lifted their head when we came in.We wanted information on walks around the Vesuvio and were told not to go ... too bad weather ... nothing more. Couldn't give us the address of the parc office ... when we would be able to go ... just went on doing what they were doing.

Dają plan miasta, a pomysł na trasę do zwiedzania lepiej przygotować samodzielnie wcześniej. Obsługa raczej bierna, bez propozycji miejsc do zwiedzenia.

Accueil très sympathique. A l'écoute et soucieux de fournir les bonnes informations de base. En revanche, si vous voulez acquérir l'artecard n'y allez pas ! Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué partout, l'Office du tourisme ne la délivre pas ! Il faut se rendre dans la galerie Victor Emmanuel, située à côté de l'opéra sans Carlo et du palais royal et là se rendre dans la boutique de souvenirs box office. La carte est juste en fait un papier avec un QR code et non plus une vraie carte plastifiée comme avant ! Et c'est le seul endroit pour l'acquérir nous a dit la jeune fille de l'Office du tourisme... Bon courage.
