Was pleasantly surprised with the service and efficiency of Trenitalia. Travel from Paris Nord De Lyon to Venice business class. Excellent friendly service from staff and train ran on time. Highly recommend.

Vengo dall'Ucraina, sono arrivato in Italia il 5 maggio.Secondo la legge italiana, in quanto cittadino ucraino, posso ottenere gratuitamente un biglietto per i mezzi pubblici.L'8 maggio dovevo arrivare da Verona a Mestre, il 9 avevo un volo per la Slovacchia.Ho contattato l'ufficio di Trenitalia in stazione.Ho chiesto al dipendente se posso ottenere questo biglietto.Gentilmente chiesto, ha detto che c'è una tale opportunità in Italia e che ho bisogno di un biglietto di sola andata.Ho contattato un addetto alla cassa centrale Giovanni L alle 12.50 del mattino.Giovanni L mi ha chiesto dove stavo andando e perché. Gli ho spiegato.Poi Giovanni L mi ha detto con tono sollevato che non potevo avere un biglietto, perché non ho fatto visita a parenti o amici in Italia per il fatto che non potevo trovarlo in Ucraina a causa della guerra.Gli ho chiesto perché non riesco a ottenere un biglietto gratuito, poiché questo permesso si applica a tutti gli ucraini entro 5 giorni dall'arrivo.Ho fornito questo dato, oltre al mio passaporto straniero e la conferma di essere arrivato in Italia il 5 maggio (biglietto d'imbarco da Vienna, viaggio da Bratislava).Ma Giovanni L lo ritenne insufficiente e cominciò a dimostrarmi e a ripetere in modo rude Questo non è giusto per i miei cittadini (ucraini)".Successivamente

dicembre, freddo cane, umido e nebbia. ritorno alle 23:00 dall'aeroporto di brescia, nessun treno per la mia destinazione fino alle 6:00. alle 24:00 la stazione viene chiusa, non c'è una sala d'attesa per i passeggeri che pagano il biglietto. nessun riscaldamento, solo salette tra i binari dove non si chiudono le porte. la polizia porta via in modo brutale stranieri. io e altri 2 passeggeri anziani ci intrufoliamo in un treno in sosta con il riscaldamento a mille nel quale però è vietato entrare. questa è l'italia

The worst of worse. Trains got canceled in the last moment without notice. Even in trenitalia app!!! Happened to me twice for the same destination. No refund. They replied my emails month after with no convincing answer.We waited for promised substitute bus but no bus came. And I went to ask the office what to do, They didn’t open the door and told me the working hour is finished!!I can’t believe how irresponsible these staff are. Although they knew we were there and need help, totally ignored us!!!

0 STARS. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!! This is the most unorganized, unprofessional and worst train service company ever. I booked a trip from Milan to Venezia, the ticket said one change of train. But to my surprise it literally dropped me in a different city and from there they send me on bus to Verona to take my train to Venezia. And that’s not the worst. There was more people than buses, so people started pushing Each other fighting to get into the bus, there was a few security people but instead of putting order they were just arguing with unhappy passengers. There literally was no line just a crowd of people trying to get into the bus. I was waiting there for over an hour until the people who wasn’t pushing to get in finally got a chance to get into a bus. Just horrible horrible.

Very friendly personel. Even if there is a language barrier sometimes, they try to be understanding and going out of their way.

High-speed train from Naples to Rome , purchase businesses class . Much better ride , roomy seats, and they serve coffee and soft drinks or fruit juice as part of ticket price. Easy purchase tickets, and they go to bin (track number) and get on train. The ride was good, slightly over 1 hour and 25 mins to Rome. You get a reserved seat in a great windowed car to sight see.

Worst experience of my life. First train stopped in the middle of nowhere for 15min, causing us to miss the connecting train, which had waited for our train to arrive but left before anyone could get in. Then we had to upgrade and pay for first class tickets on another train to only" arrive 40 minutes late at our destination instead of being hours late. Hell is gonna freeze over before i take another trenitalia train again."

The train doesn't came because of a strike... ok. But after we stucked for 8 hours in verona (was just a stop on way to venicia). We asked for refund the tickets or change them to get home, they said, he can't change it. He sell us a new one and we need to order a refunding over the web side. So we tried and saw that it is not possible. You only can get a refund Formular for cenceled trips because of corona... and I am sure he knowed this...
