This place is amazing. The facilities (three pools, two superbly kept tennis courts, horse riding, even golf) are superb, and the dining experiences Michelin star quality. The vineyard tour with Sophia was very memorable, and of course the wines exceptional. The biblical floods during the evening of Ferragosto were epic; but the staff were amazing, delivering food and towels to our room during a thunderstorm like no other. If I had one complaint it was that the breakfast service is a little haphazard and flies were everywhere. But that's Toscana in August!
