Lost for words..... When asked how my ravioli with duck ragout and Norcia sasauge was I provided critical comments, he laughed and said the chef likes to play and be creative".Tiramisu....not something you would be creative with but they certainly tried.Definately not what you would expect from a country of good quality food and the Hilton.... Plus wine and water 44Euro!!Disappointed last day in Italy after all the other great food."

Provatelo SOLO se non avete alternative!Ingredienti NON freschi.Menù limitato (solo insalate e primi piatti. Nessun secondo né di carne né di pesce).Attese infinite.Prezzi troppo alti per la “qualità”.

Worst meal we had in Italy. Also, the most expensive meal we had in Italy. Food took over 45 minutes to receive. Once it arrived it was mostly room temperature. It would be one thing if we waited for so long and the food was good, unfortunately it was merely edible likely only due the last meal being breakfast and we were served at 9:15 PM

We enjoyed a late dinner in the Ristorante Le Colonne in the Hilton Hotel at the Fuimicino Airport. The restaurant's atmosphere and food were great. A special note of thanks to our server Lorenze Di Steffano. He was truly professional and courteous. The restaurant can be proud to employ professionals like him.

Ottima cucina con molta attenzione per le eventuali intolleranze.Speso per 1 antipasto ,2 primi e una bottiglia di acqua 55€.Personale di sala molto gentile e attento

The food was ok. It took over an hour to get a Caesar Salad and ice cream. I had one glass of wine that whole time and could not get it refilled. The waitress disappeared a lot!! If you’re going n a hurry, good luck! We should have eaten at the airport!!

I have little expectation when I ordered my lunch here. This is the only restaurant available within walking distance, no uber eat, no justeat. I ordered spaghetti carbonara and it was surprisingly good. My last day in Italy after 5 days of non stop Italian food. The waiters are quick and friendly, one less star because of the price is pretty high. Overall still above expectation.

Ho dovuto portare un ospite americano a pranzo perché era lì in hotel. Eravamo tre.Mezzo vuoto abbiamo aspettato mezz’ora per avere una caprese ridicola con una mozzarella di bufala piccola e qualche pomodoro tagliato. Dopo altri venti minuti è arrivata la mia insalata greca. Chiesta senza cipolla. È arrivata con la cipolla. Chiesto il cambio. Altri dieci minuti. L’insalata era fredda di frigo. Il Club Sandwich del mio altro ospite è arrivato dopo altra mezz’ora. Incredibile. Hanno solo detto che si erano persi la comanda. Con battutina annessa che avevamo aspettato ma che il sandwich era buonissimo. Invece era solo sufficiente. Una minerale, due birre medie e una piccola. Totale del conto: 91€!Ci hanno offerto il caffe. Non per scusarsi ma perché il conto lo avevano già chiuso. Devo aggiungere altro?

I do have to say that after eating at some of the best restaurants in Rome, this was not as good as those but it definitely wasn't bad either. Pretty good food, good service, and that is good enough for me when staying at an airport hotel.

Wanted to try to prove all the other reviews wrong b/c don't expect much from a hotel restaurant but the food was not hot at all. We sat right next to a waiter station where we saw a stack of mini salads and deserts (that they gave us for free). They were not temperature controlled. I am assuming the same thing is going on in the kitchen as the lasagna was room temperature. The servers were fine until the end. When we got the bill the server wouldn't let us look at it. He kept asking if we had a problem and was trying to have us fill it out before we could review. I am assuming he didn't want us to see the service charge. He then said if we wanted to tip, cash was better b/c the check was closed. I was tipping in Italy for good service b/c contrary to what experts" say
