VILLA MARECHIARO ANZIO/ROMA Guest- & Gardenhouse

BB-Marechiaro - marechiaro | B&B Marechiaro is a small B&B Guesthouse for 5-7 persons plus a garden house for 2+1 guest in the ancient city of Anzio/Rome, where Nero was born and like Caligola living and residing. Directly at the sea (90m) and the train-station to Rome ("Marechiaro"=250m)All the beach here is blue-flagged which means (like the name 'Marechiaro') clear water and clean sandy beaches. OUR beach is not known by tourists.You can walk down the road already in your swimming suite... ;-)The house itself is renovated in spring 2015 and has three bedrooms, - two of them fairly spacious. Additionally you can use a living room with Smart-TV, DVD, open fire-place, etc and a big sun-terrace directly attached.Further more there is a "service-room" with fridge, microwave, sink, induction-stove - with direct view into the garden (1.000sqm), and across the small pool to a comfortable big stone-BBQ-corner and lounge-area.The site offers pictures, informations and access to the owner on a private base without any fees...
