Il Castello di San Ruffino

Abbiamo cenato al bistrot del castello di San Ruffino....Che dire ottima cena, tutto ben preparato, saporiottimi. Pierluigi e il suo staff veramente fantastici, un accoglienza super..tutto ben curato nei minimi particolari....Vista mozzafiato....Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Esperienza a dir poco perfetta! Eravamo un gruppo di 50 amici, tutto il fantastico castello per noi per un we intero. La struttura è stata appena rinnovata con camere affrescate impreziosite con arredo di design. Abbiamo utilizzato tutti gli spazi, effettuato diverse attività ad hoc organizzate per noi e goduto anche dell'ottimo cibo del Bistrot. Pierluigi e tutto lo staff è stato estramente disponibile con le nostre richieste. Tutto perfetto, ci torneremo!

This place is magical! The rooms overlooking the mountainside have a dream view. I think they are still figuring a few kinks out as it is under new ownership. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and really cared about service.

A beautiful hotel with great service, a nice pool area and wonderful views. Also there’s a pool table, which was a fun surprise. Decent breakfast but the food at the accompanying bistro was rather disappointing. But it’s not part of the hotel so doesn’t go into the review.

Siamo stati a cena con degli amici in questo posto meraviglioso ;abbiamo mangiato divinamente, tutto a base di antipasti con pietanze particolari anche a base di tartufo. Ci torneremo sicuramente

Posto bellissimo e suggestivo, ottimo menù, piatti preparati con cura e con prodotti di qualità. Servizio impeccabile! Ristorante che consiglio di sperimentare!

Abbiamo prenotato per lo scorso we del 2 giugno.Abbiamo chiesto trattamento di 1/2 pensione.La camera Leonardo era davvero spettacolare.Nel bagno una splendida Jacuzzi.Acqua in camera, frigobar.Tutto pulito.Tutto curato dall'interno ai giardini e alla piscina.La cosa più bella è che è chilfree.Ad esclusione del ristorante che invece accetta anche le famiglie.

Tutto molto bene. Non so se ci lavora ancora una certa Silvia M...se così fosse darei 1 stella o anche zero (mi deve" dei soldi)."

Il castello è veramente bello, personale gentile e accoglienteImmerso nella natura, offre delle bellissime camere e un ottimo ristorante.Torneremo.

This hotel has been under new management for 3 months at the writing of this trip. They are trying to elevate the standards of the former hotel and brand it under new management.That being said, the staff and management are amazing and they definitely go beyond the call of duty to make your stay a memorable one.We went to see the Andrea Bocelli concert which finished at 11pm, we got back to the hotel at 1:30am and the hotel had organised a late dinner for everyone who had been to the concert. AMAZING!!!!!We booked the rooms near the pool and they are bigger than most hotels with 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, walk- in closets a bathroom big enough for two people and the beds are HUGE.We had a few dinners overlooking the valley. The menu is mainly Italian type cuisine, well prepared and large portions. The restaurant staff is amazing, friendly and very attentive.There are amazing places to see around the hotel and they will even organise a vespa tour to the wine farms for those daring lovely people that you are or also trips to some of the towns. Anything you want that is possible.Overall a really nice stay and one which everything went right.
