10 out of 10 phenomenal experience with Hire in Italy! My partner and I hired a private car with driver to explore the Tuscan wine country and were fortunate with an unforgettable experience! Gianluca was professional, kind, knowledgeable, stopped for photos, navigated a rainy and windy road with ease and confidence, provided us with an umbrella and door-to-door service, and made our day very memorable! He was great! The company was responsive (during a busy time) and answered all of our questions helping us to plan the day and make reservations. This is a luxury service with high-end vehicles and comfort. Highly recommend!

Hire in Italy made our trip to Tuscany easy and great fun! From the very start - planning and booking was a breeze!We had six adults traveling around Tuscany in September. After a rough day traveling by bus From Nice to Florence our driver picked us up at the Florence bus station outside town after we had to make a number of changes in our arrival time because of bus delays. He was great taking us right to our apartment after navigating some very narrow streets. Would highly recommend these folks for any trip needs.

Incredible experience! I’m a wedding planner from Toronto and we used Hire in Italy for all of the guest shuttles as well as our personal pickups (from airport, train station, hotel, etc). They were very accommodating with last-minute requests and the driver Adam was super nice. The day was amazing, he tailored the tour to match the needs and interests of everyone, as we drove through Chianti and Val d'Orcia. All the food/visit recommendations were on point and the conversation interesting. It was a blast! Absolutely recommend them.

We used Hire in Italy to transfer from Florence to Rome with a stop in San Gimignano and Siena. Our driver, Gianluca, was very professional. He arrived on time and was a capable driver in all of the winding streets full of people in Siena.

We couldn't be more pleased with the services we received from Hire in Italy during our 10-day visit to Florence. We used them for airport transport as well as day trips to Fiesole, Chianti, Pisa/Sienna, and auto factory tours. Communications with Mirko, the managing director, were excellent as were the suggestions he made for day tours. They managed to accommodate a family of 9, including 3 toddlers in car seats, and were flexible to our constantly changing needs. Drivers were professional and personable. Vehicles were clean and comfortable. It was incredibly crowded in Florence during our visit with taxis nearly impossible to find. We were grateful for their wonderful service.

From the first email communication to the final drop off, my experience with Hire in Italy was perfect. Email reply was immediate and thorough and helped me arrange for just what I needed before I left the States for Florence. Though essentially a solo business trip, I enjoyed the day with my driver tremendously, especially our very interesting conversations, but also his professionalism and expertise. I very much appreciated his patience with my complicated series of stops, and his effort to make sure the day was a success.
