Really disappointing service with this company. Driver was incredibly rude, late for both pick ups (over 45 minutes late) and charged inconsistent, over priced fares.Would not recommend.

Had 2 taxi reservations with Stefano.First one was half an hour late.Second one he was 45 minutes late when we had an important dinner reservation. No apology then wanted to charge us 75 euros for a 1.7 km trip, was in the taxi 4 minutes to be exact. Became very angry when we argued the price and his lateness (rightly so). Such a poor experience would not recommend.

Shocking service.We had four taxi journeys booked with the company. The first two they were late for (up to 45 minutes) even though we had had the times confirmed by email and hand written confirmation for a pick up the next day. His excuse was that holiday makers are always late from the airport (we were not being picked up from an airport).We had booked for important events which we ended up being very late for.Driver got very angry with us when we refused to pay the full price as we had missed our dinner service due to his lateness. We ended up cancelling all further trips booked in as we couldn’t guarantee his punctuality.We found out that the same taxi driver had triple booked himself with other people going to the same events - all of which were late being picked up.Definitely would not recommend this taxi company to anyone.Avoid.

Rude and derogatory comments about other nationalities. I would not recommend
