The experience as such is great and the booking process was very smooth.The issue we had is that the boss didn't seem to communicate properly or interact with the staff. We had some requirement and he confirmed is possible.Once we arrived to the meeting point i got a message to call one of the employees. That employee was very kind and helpful but it was not his fault that our requirement wasn't catered from the beginning as he was not informed. The engine didn't start until one of us figured out what was in a wrong position. The staff wouldn't know about boat engines but also here the boss didn't show up. We ended up starting our trip 1 hr later and got some soft drinks, ice and few beers as an apology. Overall it was very good and we had a great time tho.

Uscita di 2 ore molto divertente

Unsere Startzeit wurde 2 mal verschoben - einmal davon 5 Minuten bevor wir am vereinbarten Treffpunkt hätten sein sollen. Danach wurde uns für die Umstände eine Preisreduktion versprochen - das Geld haben wir nie gesehen. Wir wurden dann auf das Boot gelassen mit einer sehr dürftigen Erklärung wie alles funktioniert oder wie wir uns verhalten sollen.Baden war dann auch schwierig da man über die wackelige Leiter mit den Wellen nur schwer wieder ins Boot kam.
