We stayed for two weeks in Menaggio Centro studio apartment. This was very comfortable, tidy and had everything we needed. It is 150m from the town square - an almost level walk. Vittoria was very responsive and helpful in recommending local activities. We recommend her and LoveComo. We would certainly stay here again.

I had rented with my husband an apartment named Ossuccio LakeSide in September 2018.We were totally dissatisfied not only with the apartment, but also with the service.To begin with the service: in the description it is said, that there is a short walk up a cobbled stone lane from the apartment to the parking place. If you do not know the area, you cannot imagine what that means. In fact the path from the parking to the apartment is stoned with small upstanding cobbles and has 120 little steps, so that it is very difficult to walk especially with heavy luggage. I had expected at least a hint arriving at the Love Como office, that we could leave the car for some minutes near the house and take off the luggage before taking the car to the parking place. Instead we had great trouble to get our things into the apartment.The apartment itself is not suitable for elderly people as we are. The access outside the house is very rough, dark and difficult to reach. Inside the apartment is an unexpected step that is quite dangerous.But also for younger people the appearance is uncaring and not inviting. The equipment is either old and very much used or it is insufficient. For example the toaster is partly broken and not adjustable, the table on the terrace is totally rusty and dirty. There is a bedside lamp only for one bed. The other person has to do without reading in bed.There is not a single hook in the bathroom to hang up towels and other bath equipment.There is no wardrobe to put clothes into. One big wardrobe in the livingroom is empty but has no boards in it. The wardrobes in the corridor are full of stuff so that there was no space for our things.There was TV and a modem for internet. For TV there were 2 remote controls but no description how to use them. The internet with the password on the back of the modem did not function either.There was no special plug to use the water cooker, the hairdryer and other electric equipment.The icebox in the refrigerator was totally iced.And at last there was no hint where to put the rubbish.In the result we think the price-performance-ratio of 800 € for 6 days was not okay.

Stayed at Antico Menaggio apartment. Superb location right in centre of Menaggio. Public parking a little bit difficult at times but very manageable.The apartment was spacious and well appointed and exactly as depicted on website.The service was excellent with most attentive and helpful staff at agency. All inquiries were handled very quickly.
