Great spot for a quick snack or lunch. Each pasta is around 6 euros. Choose your shape and the sauce. This place supplies pasta to many of the restaurants in Florence. Standing only!

We got the lemon ravioli with olive oil and Parmesan as well as the truffle ravioli with pesto. Both were just incredible, so glad we found this spot before going to the next floor which seemed way more touristy. We also asked the bartender next door to pair wines for us and he did an incredible job. Perfect portion sizes and extremely cheap! Highly recommend

Located in the Central market in Florence, pasta Fresca sell fresh pasta on one side, and cook pasta on the other side. We tried the recommended buratta ravioli which was extremely delicious - we inhaled it within minutes. The service is also great and the workers were very friendly and talkative. A must try if you are visiting the central market!

The best pasta spots in Central Market which also happens to be super affordable (6 euros). We got the burrata ravioli with olive oil and parmesan sauce and it was delicious. The wild boar ragu is also not to be missed.

Good pastas.Lots of queuing (1h…), the wild boar ragu a bit liquidy. Had the truffle raviolis with olive oil and Parmesan and also the Burrata raviolis with the same sauce.Overall, nice for a quick meal in the marketWorth the money?? 18 euros for 3 pasta meals

Girando per il mercato ci siamo imbattuti in qst negozietto di pasta fresca.Bellissimo vedere con i propri occhi come preparavano la pasta al momento. Abbiamo preso una porzione di tagliatelle al ragu di cinghiale buonissima!6 euro ben spesi.Una porzione non troppo abbondante.Lunghe attese.

We queued up for this pasta place having read decent reviews online , but it was disappointment I’m afraid. We ordered a lemon ravioli with pesto and pasta with nut sauce. The pasta and sauces were so salty and covers up any flavor the dish may have. The portions were also quite small. Pesto was disappointing - could not taste the fresh ingredients at all, just salty unfortunately. The noci sauce was nothing amazing, in terms of flavor. The pastas were relatively cheap, €6 each.However, would not recommend queuing up for this pasta place (took around 30 minutes), I have tasted better pasta at this price point elsewhere. The place is overly hyped up for not much reason other than cheap price. The flavor was not up to my personal standards.

Very nice fresh pasta. Different types with many sauces. The every eur you will spend will be best spent one.

We got to try the only food store on the main floor (all the other food stores are on the first floor) with fresh pasta. The best one i tried in italy! If i ever get the chance to visit Florence again i will definitely go!
