We did a tour to see Pompeii, Sorrento, and Positano on July 20th. Everything was perfectly planned and laid out. Timing was great, and both driver and guide were very professional. We got back to our cruise ship without any issues at all. Would definitely use Italy Tours EU again.

An Unbelievable Fantastic tour at Naples! Mike and Gabby are the best tour guides I’ve had. We sped through lines at Pompeii with Carlo. He was fabulous.. We had an extremely great pizza in sorrento suggested by Gabby. We also saw Positano . I highly suggest requesting gabby and mike for a well done, personable and thought out tour!

We had a fantastic time! Michael was our driver, and Ingrid was our guide. Both were exceptionally great.Michael was not only a safe driver, he was funny, kept us involved in the conversation, and made the information interesting to hear.Ingrid was super knowledgeable and kept the perfect pace for our small group. She gave us good tips and a recommendation for lunch, which led us to our favorite meal of our entire 2 week trip.I highly recommend both of them.

Wonderful experience with Italy Tours. Our guide/driver Gianluca was a delight. He was waiting for us right as we exited the terminal, and provided us with interesting info on the traditions and history of Naples...as well as making us laugh with some of his personal anecdotes about growing up there. We saw everything as promised, and made it back to our ship with time to spare. Our expert guide to Pompeii, Francesca was great! She shared her excellent knowledge of the site and made it come alive for all of us.I would definitely recommend this tour company to anyone wishing to see as much of Pompeii, Sorento, and the Amalfi Coast as you can in the limited amount of time available during a port stay.

We booked Italy Tours for an excursion visiting Florence and Pisa. The customer service and communication was outstanding! Our driver was waiting for us right outside the port and we were in the van and on our way within minutes of leaving the boat. Our driver, David, was friendly and a very safe driver! We met our guide in Florence, Andreas, outside the museum to see the Statue of David. Andreas was very informative, funny and a fantastic guide! I can't say enough great things about this company and would absolutely use them again on our inevitable return to Italy!

We used Italy Tours for our shore excursions in Florence/Pisa and Rome . Highly recommend them and would certainly use again. They were always prompt responding to us plus offered excellent tours within our time frame in port. Our driver Francesco in Florence was great and spoke excellent English having learned on his own. He would offer info on areas as we traveled to our destinations in Florence and Pisa plus got us back to the ship on time. Our tour guide Virginia in Florence was a wealth of information on the history of the city plus guided us to a wonderful market area for a local lunch and gelato! Great leather market nearby. Driver Valerio in Rome was wonderful especially with all the traffic- saw the Coliseum and then on to the Vatican with an excellent tour guide Isabella. Very crowded there but she was able to get us through all the sites during our time frame-very informed and interesting. Ready to go back and explore more!

We took a private shore excursion with ItalyTours from the port of La Spezia to Florence. Our driver was wonderful and they arranged for a tour guide to meet us in Florence who gave us a nice walking tour overview of the highlights with lots of great information and who also provided us with great ideas for places to come back and cisit in more detail at the end of the guided part.Both driver and guide were incredibly patient with our family, and were able to moderate the pace as needed and also to locate places for bathroom breaks which can be challenging.We also appreciated that they were willing to tailor the excursion to our preferences, eliminating the Pisa stop so that we could have more time in Florence.Strongly recommended.

We toured with ItalyTours.EU at an NCL Naples port call on 16 April, 2019 and realized a nice cost savings when compared to a similar cruise ship excursion. We were taken to Pompeii, Sorrento, and Positano on a small tour bus. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this company to others! Our driver Giuseppe was entertaining and an expert driver. We felt adequate time was afforded to each location and never were concerned about our timely return to the ship. The archeology site and scenic drive was better than one could imagine. Our company sponsored Pompeii guide was also very professional, knowledgeable and made good use of our time. We would definitely use this private tour company again if we return to Italy and as noted by others, they are punctual with their internet communication!

Italy Tours.EU - Highly Recommend!!September 2022. I went on a 7 Night Western Mediterranean Cruise, Wonder of the Seas from September 18 - 25, 2022. My friend and I decided to book tours not thru Royal Caribbean. After much research, we decided on ItalyTours.EU. Best decision we made!! From the beginning, Cristina was on it responding to inquiries and sending information on a timely basis. Top Notch!!We decided to book the private excursion for all ports. Palma De Mallorca, Provence (Marseille) France, Florence/Pisa (Laspezia) Italy, Rome (Civitavecchia) Italy and Naples, Italy. Many of the private tours, equaled or were a little more than the Royal choices. We had English speaking tour guides. I assumed that the tours for Palma De Mallorca and Provence would be interesting but not one of the most interesting. We were wrong. Anna from Palma, Marlon from Provence and Salvador from Naples were very informative (made the trips very enjoyable) and tentative to your needs. All tour guides and drivers were the best. They made sure you could take the best pictures, recommended places to eat, asked what was important to you to ensure that you had the best tour and gave excellent instruction were to meet to guarantee safe return to the ship.Highly Recommend!!!

My husband and I just completed 2 different tours with this company. Our tour of Sorrento, the Amalfi Coast and Pompei was incredible. Gabby our tour guide and Alfredo, our driver, went above and beyond what was expected. Our second day we went to Mount Etna and Taormina plus Silvano, our driver took us to Castelmola. Itan amazing 2 days and we are so appreciate of Cristina’s flexibility as our cruise cancelled our stop in Florence and rerouted us to Catania due to weather and so Cristina refunded our Florence tour and put together the Catania tour within 12 hours! I highly recommend using Italy Tours EU for everything you need in Italy.
