Misuri

I'm not a slender woman and most commercially available Italian jackets run too small for me. I had visited Italy 5 years ago and saw the quality in the Misuri store so when I achieved a major financial milestone, I decided to reward myself with one of their made-to-measure jackets. I was able to discuss the details of my order easily over email with one of Misuri's employees and the jacket was on its way to the US in 3 weeks. My custom-made jacket is what I expect from a fine Italian workshop: silky lambskin leather that skims over your body, depth of color and a fabulous leather smell. I'm glad I took the plunge and the next time I'm in Florence, I'm definitely stopping by the Misuri store again!

Skip it. Rude, condescending sales staff. At least the woman that we talked to with glasses. Overpriced too. There are definitely kinder, more considerate leather shops down the street that would greet you with a smile and make you feel welcome, with just as good if not better quality and prices.

I bought a beautiful jacket this past November. I have gotten so many compliments on it. It is the softest leather I have ever felt. The customer service is excellent! I also bought a beautiful purse as well and got them both monogrammed.

Stopped by for a quality leather demonstration and stayed for the helpful support of Dewi in choosing leather jackets, purses, and belts for my family. She attuned to our tastes quickly and warmly.

My husband and I are extremely satisficed with the quality of the items and well as the service that followed up long after the sale. The items we purchased: belt & buckle, men's leather jacket & woman's leather/fur coat are beautiful & magnificently crafted. We had a small issue with the belt buckle but when we sent photos and an inquiry into the situation, Misuri was quick to offer a solution. They stand by there products with outstanding service in a timely manor. We live in Maryland USA. I have and will continue to let all of our friends know about this wonderful leather store. It is a MUST DO" for anyone traveling to Florence Italy. We will absolutely return on our next journey to Italy."

This place is on the rather expensive side, but they have excellent service, and very good quality leather goods. Love my new black leather jacket!

Went in there April 18th with the Gate 1 tour group. Had a nice presentation. Went back later when it was just me and the wife and we were insulted in Italian while we were spending 200+ euros. If you’re looking for that kind of experience of arrogant people who want you to spend a lot of money and insult you, then this is your store. It happened to multiple people in our tour group after I said what had happened to me. I will be telling Gate 1 about this experience too so hi Georgia. Hope insulting me over paying for a leather bag was worth it.

What a delightful time my granddaughter and I had in this wonderful leather store!! We purchased a purse, wallet and belt. The staff were very kind!! Grazie!!

Nancy served us today and went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with our purchases. She supplied many samples and examples of the products available to ensure we weee able to get exactly what we wanted. Would recommend this shop to anyone going to Florence and looking for quality leather goods. The gold shop is also great to visit as well, Maria the expat Aussie is great to talk to as well.
