Blitz Exclusive | Venice

The quality of service and the friendliness of the staff who assisted us from Blitz Exclusive was consistently excellent. Alviso initially reached out to me and was thorough and responsive while we exchanged emails to arrange our bookings. Lorenzo greeted us at VCE airport at the arrival gate (Blitz is one of only two companies who have this access) and was very friendly, helpful and professional. Luciano was our captain on the RIVA excursion for the day tour to various islands and he could not have been a more gracious host. Luciano was extremely knowledgeable about the islands and the communities. I forget the name of the boat driver who delivered us to Santa Lucia station, but he was very friendly and professional. Rocco, who escorted us into the train station and watched our bags while we explored was exceptional. We will definitely book through Blitz again.

Blitz gave our group of 20 guests the most incredible and professional customer service in Venice. We are so appreciative of their punctual service on their beautiful boats. We felt so well taken care of by their team.

Il top a Venezia

I was not super happy. First they do not explain you that they will move the car out of Venice. I asked them to charge the battery of my hybrid car. They said yes but they did not do it. Last all my euro coins disappeared from the car. Better to use a public parking.

We enjoyed the excellent service of Blitz Go on our last trip to Venice. They took care of our car and transfers from and to our hotel with comfortable water taxis. Definitely a convenient service for Venice visitors.

They were quite professional on the phone and in person when I dropped my Ferrari Roma off to them. I have a tracking system on my Roma and noticed late that night the car was taken nearly 10 kilometers away on to the mainland. It appeared to be a repair shop so I thought it was going to be chopped up into pieces. My St Regis front desk had no idea it was going to be taken away too. That night I wanted to run back to where I dropped off the car which is 35 min walk each way but said let me sleep and wake and worry then… it turns out they did move my car and I understand Italian (my wife of 16 years is from Italy near Venice) but they actually speak great English so I feel they communicate well. They left out a simple detail they would take my Florida/Miami registered Ferrari on the streets. I really recommend to Blitz is to be very clear with the car owners and especially the ones who own exotic cars. I will use them again but under the understanding they have room to keep my car out and no one drives the car.
