Agriturismo Villa Rosselmini
We enjoyed a great family holiday here this very hot August (2022) with twelve adults and nine children, six months to 13 years, spread over four apartments on this wonderful Agriturismo farm in Calci. The village is easy walking distance and offers at least half a dozen restaurants from pizza to Tuscan cooking (Margo in Trattoria). Lorenzo, our host, sets a high standard and even took one of the families at no charge to the airport when their booked taxi service cancelled. This is the only negative to this type of holiday in Italy at present. Taxi's and car hire companies currently are charging exorbitant prices and are putting the holiday rental business at risk. You can bus to Navacchio and train to Pisa and Lucca, which remains one of the most beautiful cities anywhere, but it makes for a long day with small ones. The country side and views are wonderful, the cooking is wonderful as were the Calci residents.

Villa Rosselmini was ons hoogtepunt van onze vakantie Italie. De rust, de ruimte, de sfeer en schoonheid van de agriturismo zorgden we voor dat we eigenlijk wat langer hadden willen blijven. Het zwembad was perfect en had een mooi uitzicht, dit was onze favoriet van de villa. Het appartement zelf was erg mooi en schoon en beschikte zelfs over een hele keuken met grote koelkast en vriezer. Lorenzo deed de in-check en uit-check, en stond beschikbaar voor vragen; de communicatie verliep super soepel en Lorenzo was erg behulpzaam. De omgeving heeft in principe veel te bieden; je bent zo in Lucca/Pisa/kust en er bevinden zich fantastische restaurants op een steenworp afstand. Wij komen hier graag nog een keer terug!

We had a fantastic time at Villa Rosselmini. Our apartment was spacious and well appointed. The grounds of the villa and the surrounding area are utterly beautiful and peaceful. The pool was lovely.The town of Calci is only a few minutes away on foot, and has a good selection of shops for groceries if you're making your own meals at the villa, and a handful of restaurants if you're eating out.The Natural History Museum and Aquarium of the University of Pisa is a short walk away, and Pisa itself is about 25 minutes by car, or by bus from the center of Calci.We were very impressed, and would happily stay again.

a place that exceeded our expectations. wonderful Tuscan atmosphere like from the movies, where you can relax and unwind. friendly and nice service, spacious interiors with all amenities. I recommend with all my heart, we regret that we were so short. Great location near Pisa.

Agriturismo Villa Rosselmini
We werden in Villa Rosselmini zeer hartelijk ontvangen en rondgeleid. We konden er al eerder terecht dan vooraf aangegeven en dat was fijn. De accommodatie ligt in Calci (tussen Pisa en Lucca) heel gunstig gelegen - ook Calci zelf is een leuke plaats: je kunt er zo naartoe wandelen (bakker, ijssalon, restaurants en supermarkt op loopafstand). We hadden hier appartement Maria op de begane grond met enorme tuin (groot grasveld en terras met tafel met 6 stoelen en 2 aparte ligbedden met kussens en parasol en heel veel privacy- dit was voor ons echt ideaal ivm zelf koken, barbecuen, ontbijten en borrelen). We hadden nog nooit zo'n groot privéterras voor onszelf gehad. Het appartement was recent gerenoveerd, waaronder een volledig nieuwe en uitgebreid uitgeruste keuken (heel goed equipped - je hoeft niets zelf mee te nemen). Hier wel 3 slaapkamers op de eerste verdieping (mooie stijlvolle trap), ruime kamers en hoge plafonds. Ze vinden zelf de kamer met de twee eenpersoonsbedden erg klein, maar deze was nog steeds ruim en groot genoeg voor 2 personen (mijn zoon sliep er alleen). Elke kamer voorzien van ventilatoren. 2 badkamers (waarvan 1 wel wat klein met alleen wasbak, douche en toilet op de begane grond, de wat grotere badkamer met douche en bad op de eerste verdieping). Zwembad op korte afstand en rustig gelegen, voetbalveld ernaast. Meeste gasten zijn stellen of gezinnen met oudere kinderen. Ook hier voldoende te doen in de omgeving (Pisa op een kwartier en Lucca op zo'n 25 minuten) en ook de kust is op korte afstand.

Agriturismo Villa Rosselmini
Traumhaftes Anwesen, sehr alt, aber sehr sauber. Pool ist super, wenn man von einem langen Sightseeing Tag noch etwas Erholung und Abkühlung braucht.Wir sind erst am späten Abend angekommen, auch das war kein Problem mit dem Check in.Lorenzo hat uns Videos geschickt, wo wir den Schlüssel und unser Appartement finden.Wir hatten tolle und erholsame Ferien.Vielen Dank!
