Gentilezza e cordialità l'abbiamo sempre trovata una loro bellissimo biglietto da visita! Le stanze pulitisse e belle accoglienti. Per non parlare delle super colazioni con prodotti ottimi!

15 mins walk from central station. 5 mins walk from boat-bus stop. Decent place. Large room. Bathroom a bit inconvenient (because of position of tub & shower). Shower did not work properly which we reported to them. Room has a/c which can also be a heater (ranges from 17c to 24c). Staff were professional but not overtly friendly (may be I had high expectations).

My fiance and I had booked a 2-night stay at this hotel for our honeymoon trip to Greece & Italy right after our wedding. Unfortunately, a couple of days before the wedding, my fiance's brother passed away and the wedding and honeymoon had to be postponed. Understanding that we had booked a non-refundable reservation, we reached out to the hotel to see if there was anything that they could possibly do to support us during this difficult time and to help get some of our money back or at least a credit for the future. Unfortunately, all the hotel cared about was the money and said that they couldn't do anything. So disappointing and disheartening considering that there was still 16-days left before we would've checked into this hotel.We will definitely not be returning to the hotel in the future or will make sure our friends/family also do not either.

Einfach Buchung mit guter Kommunikation und zum hektischen Venedig ist die Lage angenehm ruhig. Anreise mit dem Valporetto oder ca. 20 Minuten Fußweg vom Bahnhof. Beide Zimmer sehr sauber mit netten Ambiente und tip-top Matratzen. Nette, zuvorkommende Gastgeber und wahnsinnig tolles, sehr umfangreiches Frühstück. Für Venedig sehr günstig und gerne wieder.Prenotazione facile con una buona comunicazione e per la frenetica Venezia la posizione è piacevolmente tranquilla. Si arriva con Valporetto o a circa 20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Entrambe le camere sono molto pulite, con un ambiente piacevole e materassi di ottima qualità. Padroni di casa gentili e cortesi e una colazione incredibilmente buona e molto abbondante. Molto ragionevole per Venezia e mi piacerebbe soggiornare di nuovo qui.

Un posto bellissimo, mi ci sono dovuto fermare per una notte per lavoro, staff cordiale colazione non molto varia ma buonissima, la camera era stupenda con il mini bar incluso, zona un po dispersa ma molto tranquilla

Absolute gem of a place. You’ll be amazed with how lovely the rooms are. Rialto and San Marco are totally walkable. Only time the water bus is needed is for traveling with luggage from arrival in Pzl Roma (Stop at Orto, buy tickets beforehand).Very friendly staff, breakfast ready every day, and my goodness were we glad about the A/C. Even free water and soft drinks in the fridge were provided. If you’re thinking about booking, don’t think twice, go for it!

Room was nice, best part -it had a small refrigerator. Self check-in like a mini-game, very convenient. Staff super helpful, location is quite close to water buses that go to other islands. All in all had nice experience.

Nice place. Very private, clean and spacious. Nice breakfast. Bed is a bit too soft. Location is in quiet area but very close to everything.

Very nice. Located in a quiet part of Venice but access to everything by boat or walk. We had the King room and it was very large. Lots of space for the 3 of us (they add one bed). Breakfast (fresh croissants, biscotti and bread) is served in the room but you can also find cereals and fruits in the corridor. I recommend.
