Tout d'abord je tiens à souligner la gentillesse du personnel, qui a accepté de prolonger d'un an mon voucher suite à une annulation liée au premier confinement. Aussi, la chambre nous a été laissée gratuitement toute la journée le dernier jour car notre vol était en soirée, merci !L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Rome ultra central. L'immeuble très beau.Les seuls points négatifs sont : l'insonorisation de la chambre (nous étions réveillés tous les matins par les voisins de l'étage au-dessus qui marchaient), et aussi notre chambre donnait sur une petite cour très très sombre, nous étions obligés d'allumer les lumières en pleine journée.Mais sinon la chambre était confortable et très bien équipée !

A tiny perfectly furnished and fully equipped apartment in the heart of the city. It is ideal for vacations, business trips or just chilling. It is close to all the attraction and walking distance from many nice eating places. However what makes this place stand out is the wonderful staff who are able to manage everything you want without ever meeting you. The entire process is remote/virtual - from check in to check out, and yet they make you feel like they are right there waiting to help you. I had a problem in paying the city tax online and Elena came over to the apartment to collect it on my request. I was very impressed and if I ever come back to Rome this will be the place I choose to stay in.
