Such a good experience here! This is a working facility producing mostly glasses, goblets and vases for high-end retailers like Dior and Armani to sell under their own name. We had as much time as we wanted to see the entire production process from blowing though to finishing, and a chance to try our hand at some of this. Craftsmen were welcoming and happy to be photographed/videoed. There was no selling pressure whatsoever from our guide, but she was happy to help other visitors who wanted to buy some pieces. For planning be aware that when we visited it was one (free) daily tour at 14:30 only. They also have a retail shop the other side of the canal called Elle NasonMoretti.
