faVeramente sgradevole, ero con un gruppo di amici, turisti, che erano venuti al lago a visitarmi, e sfortunatamente ci siamo fermati in questo posto a mangiare, dopo aver aspettato 4 caffè per 25 minuti, i quali non ci hanno neanche dato, abbiamo chiesto il conto, e a quanto pare si sono offesi, ma ovviamente con molto educazione, sono andato a chiedere se avevano aggiunto i caffè allo scontrino, fisto che non sono mai arrivati, e dopo vari minuti cercado di avere una risposta, mi hanno cominciato a insultare e a minacciarmi fisicamente, se non sono in grado neanche di leggere uno scontrino e dirmi se mi hanno fatto pagare o meno i caffè, mi sembra veramente da deficienti, per non dire altro, sembra stata quasi una truffa, al non volerci far vedere lo scontrino, ovviamente una denuncia se la portano a casa.

Albergo con terrazza bar sul lago di Como, sono andata a fare aperitivo e poi mi sono fermata per cena: personale disponibile e gentile, prezzi più che onesti data la posizione e la vista. Abbiamo preso le lasagne e i pizzoccheri, siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Tornerò.

Absolutely appalling behaviour from the staff!We went into the restaurant in the day made a reservation! Staff were lovely!Upon returning for our reservation 4 hours later! We were ignored spoken to rudely. To be told yes i remember you making the booking but it’s raining so…. (massive shoulder shrug)Dose not make sense and apology and a different table would have been fine but they obviously like to be rude to people!We were looking forward to having dinner here what a shame

Ci siamo fermati in 6 persone per fare merenda. Merenda buona e camerieri gentili però alla fine abbiamo scoperto che non si poteva pagare separati con la carta. Per pagare separati dovevamo pagare solo in contanti...É ridicolo,ma almeno avvisate prima!E tutto questo per risparmiare i centesimi di due transazioni?!?!Anche no...

We went to have lunch there on Saturday. The staff was extremely rude.The first waiter we got was Argentinian and actually really nice.However, when his shift changed the next waiter we got shouted at as insulted us and even menaced to hit one of my friends. They even over charged us.We were waiting more than 30 mins for coffees when we asked about it, the waiter started saying me were impatient s****d tourist (and a bunch of other swear words). Worst part is we actually live in como lol. Long story short they never brought the coffees. When we went to pay the bill they charged us all the coffees and desserts we hadn’t even ordered. When we asked they waitress she started insulting us again and menaced my friend. Had never experienced such terrible service.

A lovely place to stop on the opposite side to Bellagio. Waterside tables, great views and drinks at half the price. We only had drinks but the menu looked good.

Didn’t stay in the hotel but stopped for aperitif. We had a cocktail and bruschetta. Service was, as to be expected, exclusively in Italian and wasn’t a hassle at all. The bruschetta was really delicious. The view on the terrace is breathtaking as well. Despite the other reviews, we had a nice time here but do take in mind that we didn’t eat a full meal here. In short: lovely for drinks!!

We stayed here and also enjoyed 4 meals in the restaurant. Everything was delicious and the staff is very friendly and generous. The views from the rooms and restaurant are both stunning. The owner even had helpful recommendations for us. Highly recommend!
