La Palombara is definitely NOT a 2 stars hotel, it is a wonderful place which I would evaluate as a 4* self catering apartment. It is wonderfully placed on top of a hill apart from any other house still a 2 minutes' drive away from the amazing Amelia medieval town.The main common space is so beautiful it is breathtaking. Every detail is well thought and better fulfilled. The place is so maniacally cleaned up that it is a pleasure to get around bare footed. Did I mention there is a perfect swimming pool with a view on the countryside and surrounding mountains, a huge barbecue and giant wooden oven? It is really a blessed place with a kind and very careful host. Please pay a visit at least once it is well worth it.

I stayed a month at this property with a group of friends. The villa is amazing and is even more beautiful then the pictures. It was spotless, had everything we needed, and was perfect in every way. This property is a perfect location as a base to explore both Umbria and Tuscany.The views from this villa are breathtaking and we enjoyed many beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The property manager recommended a chef to come and prepare a meal for us and the food and experience was wonderful.The owners Daniela and Aldo treated us like family and were so kind and wonderful. They were so warm and generous I was sad to say goodbye.The town of Amelia has many shops and restaurants to enjoy and the town of Narni is a magical hilltop town located nearby with many dinner and shopping options as well. The history of the area is very interesting.We all enjoyed many relaxing afternoons by the huge pool that was well maintained. The entire property is maintained at the highest of standards.I loved my stay at Daniela and Aldo’s villa. I was sad to leave. I highly recommend this property. All aspects of this VRBO experience was positive. Communication with Guido the property manager was prompt and efficient, all of our interactions with the owners were great, the property was amazing, and the owners anticipated all of our needs and provided a 5 star experience. I will definitely return. Becky

Una vista mozzafiato ambienti curati nei minimi particolari, ottimo cibo e servizio eccellente. A pochi km dal centro cittadino immerso nella natura con una bellissima piscina. Cosa chiedere di più?
