Horrible service, the car was booked for 10am, delivered at 12pm which spoiled our day as we had a big trip and we lost our time for stops. The problem was with ECOVIA Venice, they don't deliver in the city, the address they give us is a meeting point, but that is not explained and no one contacts you, you are given an adress and that is of an closed office, than you phone and they pick you up. In this 45 minutes were lost, you phone and they take time to came and to take you to the car. The rest was desk time... horrible, worse, impossible! In addition, the person was arrogant and the car in which they transported us did not have working seat belts in the passenger seats, but, according to Mr. there was no problem... even with children! Horrible!!!!

Gentilissimo e veramente disponibile. Il gestore ci ha aiutato in tutto, chiarito dubbi iniziali e fornito continua assistenza. La macchina era praticamente nuova e pulitissima. Veloce anche la riconsegna. Torneremo sicuramente! Grazie

Il gestore è stato molto cortese e disponibile sin dalla fase di prenotazione, in cui ci ha chiarito telefonicamente alcuni dubbi relativamente alla nostra richiesta. L’ intero servizio è stato ottimo, dalla prenotazione alla resa dell’auto. Ci rivolgeremo nuovamente a lui per future necessità.
