Enterprise Rent-A-car

No problem, everything was easier than I expected. The only thing was lack of communication after 4 times calling still no-one picked the phone up, I needed just to advise that my fly could be later, but now I know that everything is really easy and ine can only use a debit card with a reasonable prices! I will book again for sure!

Easy pickup and drop off as usual with Enterprise! We picked the car up in Rome and drove around Italy and dropped it off in Venice. Great new car that had no issues!

If you are returning a car here (and started in a different city) beware that the location on Maps is not the actual location you return the vehicle! We spent an hour circling the airport trying to get to the no longer operational offices indicated here. Called multiple times with no response. Eventually walked through the airport to discover that you actually return the car at the general airport car rental offices which houses all the car rental places. No one told us this. Nightmare that turned what should have been a quick drop off into a 2 hour stressful ordeal.
