We had a fantastic experience with Taxi Montepulciano. We were traveling with a party of six, and they provided two vehicles for a fair price for an entire evening. The drivers were kind, professional and prompt. They were accommodating when our plans at the end of the evening changed. Our driver also spoke English, and had great recommendations for things to do in the area. I would highly recommend using this service!

UNRELIABLE DO NOT USE! If we could give zero or negative stars we would. Not trust worthy. We booked David for a ride from Montepulciano to the train station for a taxi ride. We agreed to an 8 pm pick- up time and $40 euro to the Montepulciano train station. He failed to show up. When we called him he said, one moment and then hung up and did not answer the phone. We missed our train because of David not showing up and now are having to pay for a private driver more that $400 euro to get back to Florence as we were not able to arrange a ride to train station in time for the last train back to Florence.

David is super reliable and helpful. We were stranded and David wasn’t working and agreed to help us out out of hours, provided an excellent service, very responsive by WhatsApp and speaks excellent English. Would highly recommend.
