Flavio Castellani

Has anyone else experienced the very poor customer service from Flavio Castellani in Prato? A dress was ordered from the UK in September 2022 and it arrived in a damaged state. After the factory failed to organise a courier I posted the dress back to Prato where it arrived in December. For an unknown reason, Poste Italiane failed to deliver the package and the factory were too lazy to collect it from the postal office and so it was returned to the UK. A 250 euro dress that cannot be worn and no refund. If you are in the UK, do not trust this company to look after your interests. The owner should be embarrassed by the lack of service from his staff in Prato. No communication by email or WhatApp. It is now March 2023 and they appear to have no interest in ensuring that their customer problems are solved.

I have ordered a jacket online on 22/4/23, Euro 358 were taken from my account and I have not received anything. I have sent numerous emails, instagram complaints and I do not get any response. Their phone is not answering either!
