My experience with Daniele was nothing short of amazing. He picked us up promptly at our arranged meeting time/place in an immaculate and comfortable van. His friendly personality and superb English speaking skills made the hour long drive to Chianti a real treat. From his choice of family-run vineyards we visited to the beautiful and delicious restaurant for lunch, Daniele delivered a fabulous day filled with a lot of food, wine and laughter.

Daniele was so fantastic. We had a mishap with a rental car and needed quick arrangements. Our tour guide helped us arrange with Chianti Taxi the following day. He was working with another family for that day but had a several-hour break and was willing to assist. He arrived exactly on time (to the minute), assisted with our luggage which was a lot, as this was our first trip to Italy he told us many interesting things about the area, and even took us on an extra trip to the top of the city of Florence for a gorgeous view at no extra cost and let us move about for 5-10 minutes. He was professional and warm, and an absolute pleasure

We phoned in last week to request transportation, they refused to accept our ride. That is probably why no reservation appears.

We used Chianti taxi service 3 times whilst in Greve in Chianti, we did the tuk tuk tour which I highly recommend....then we needed transport to a villa in the hills for a cooking class and then pick up at 10pm and take us back to our accomodations and also on our last day we got them to transfer us from greve to Santa Maria novella train station...all of these jobs were done on time and communication between myself and daniele was prompt and easy using what's app....Our driver for all of our trips Graziano was great, always had a big smile for us and full of humour....I fully recommend anyone wanting transfers or day trips to use Chianti taxi .....Thanks guysRachel and Darleine
